An outrageous price was given, then assistant walked out and came back with a new number, it felt very car-dealership like. No follow up after consultation to see how I was doing, which spoke volumes considering my visit was due to an issue with his original work. I explained that I have always been naturally thin, but instead of listening, he continued making assumptions about me personally and said the deeper issue was that I was unhappy with myself. I fully understand that a surgeon can decline elective surgery for medical or safety reasons. That was never the issue for me. The issue was the delivery, the judgmental tone, and the lack of professionalism and compassion throughout the interaction. At one point he even rolled his eyes while I was trying to explain myself. No patient should leave a consultation feeling humiliated or psychologically analyzed instead of medically evaluated. I am sharing my experience so others are aware of the bedside manner they may encounter here.

I was promised a refund of $340.00 due to the many issues I encountered, yet that refund has still not been processed so I claimed fraud on my card due the fact that I cannot get a reply from anyone to update me on the refund status. Besides this being illegal....state law (CVC §22507.8) allows any person with a valid placard to park in any designated disabled space, regardless of assignment or restrictive signage...(which they have and is asinine). The way this was handled showed a serious lack of professionalism and courtesy. A simple explanation or polite redirection would have completely changed my perception of this place. Instead, the interaction came off as unnecessarily rude, especially toward someone trying to support a local business. Not a place I would want to go to for "wellness".
