I waited an hour even though I had an appointment. No one bothered to tell anyone that they were running late. About 45 minutes after my check-in time, I stood up and asked the person who opened the door to call the next patient, "how late are you running?" She said AN HOUR. They don't bother to even let you know they are running late, nor do they honor appointment times. I am returning to LABCORP.

I came in with a…read moresimple question about whether my doctor needed to send a new lab order since I was visiting a different Labcorp than usual. Instead of receiving basic assistance, the receptionist was extremely rude and had a snarky, dismissive attitude. Her behavior was very unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable for simply asking a question. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told there wasn't one on duty. The receptionist even laughed and acted like she wouldn't face any consequences, which was incredibly disrespectful. I will be reaching out to her supervisor Tana to address my experience and hopefully I won't have to go further with higher-ups. Customer service should never make patients feel belittled or unwelcome, especially in a healthcare setting. I hope Labcorp addresses FRANKIE'S behavior at this location and provides better training on professionalism and courtesy.

Despite the appointment time, my daughter was seen rather late. Fortunately, the phlebotomist had great bedside manners and was proficient in her work. As a former phlebotomist years ago, I'd say she was excellent. My daughter would beg to differ. This was her first experience getting a blood draw and she's not a fan of needles.

I took my business to West Pac instead, where there was no wait, was seen as soon as I got there, where staff treated me like a patient and were kind, uplifting and compassionate toward patients. Despite being #1 on wait list, staff treated a walk in (who arrived 30 minutes after I did) before me. Over 2.5 hours have passed since they've called another walk in. When asked if any of us will be seen, we are told "I can't say." The waiting room, filled with walk ins, staff laughter and chit chat is audible yet no patients being called back.

Very disappointing experience. I went in for routine cosmetic injections and left with results that…read moreactually made my face look worse. Filler was injected directly into the wet border of my lips, which caused immediate migration and an unnatural appearance. Botox was also placed in my DAO area, but the injections appear to have missed the muscle entirely. Instead of relaxing the DAO, it created dimpling in my chin and actually accentuated my jowls. When I returned to discuss the results, my concerns were dismissed and I felt completely gaslit rather than helped. No corrective plan, refund, or accountability was offered. Now I have to pay $200 out of pocket to have another provider dissolve the filler and attempt to correct the issue. Not to mention the correcting of my forehead tox which cost me $290 and we're going to address the lower face later... When you're trusting someone with injections in your face, proper placement and patient care should be the standard. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
