After finishing my other tests, I left, went back to my doctor for new paperwork, and scheduled another appointment at Labcorp--only to later see that Quest had already run the bile acid synthesis test and posted the results in my app. This kind of miscommunication is unacceptable and caused unnecessary stress, time, and extra appointments.

I came in with a…read moresimple question about whether my doctor needed to send a new lab order since I was visiting a different Labcorp than usual. Instead of receiving basic assistance, the receptionist was extremely rude and had a snarky, dismissive attitude. Her behavior was very unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable for simply asking a question. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told there wasn't one on duty. The receptionist even laughed and acted like she wouldn't face any consequences, which was incredibly disrespectful. I will be reaching out to her supervisor Tana to address my experience and hopefully I won't have to go further with higher-ups. Customer service should never make patients feel belittled or unwelcome, especially in a healthcare setting. I hope Labcorp addresses FRANKIE'S behavior at this location and provides better training on professionalism and courtesy.

Despite the appointment time, my daughter was seen rather late. Fortunately, the phlebotomist had great bedside manners and was proficient in her work. So I didn't get seen by a phlebotomist and walked out without patient care. I took my business to West Pac instead, where there was no wait, was seen as soon as I got there, where staff treated me like a patient and were kind, uplifting and compassionate toward patients. But the most amazing thing is that I didn't feel the slightest pinch, no pain at all, and a day later, I don't have any sign of bruising whatsoever. Rachel, you are the best! The facility was clean. I didn't have to wait for my appointment. Quest, as a business model, is very efficient and can feel cold with the lack of human interaction, so you have to be ready for self check-in which is not difficult, and be ok with the fact that there is no receptionist. But the few minutes I spent with Rachel were surprisingly fun, and that was unexpected.

When asked if any of us will be seen, we are told "I can't say." The waiting room, filled with walk ins, staff laughter and chit chat is audible yet no patients being called back.

While I was there, an elderly patient mentioned that she sometimes faints during blood draws, and the staff took extra care of her. The staff overall was very friendly and efficient. Very disappointing experience. I went in for routine cosmetic injections and left with results that…read moreactually made my face look worse. Filler was injected directly into the wet border of my lips, which caused immediate migration and an unnatural appearance. Botox was also placed in my DAO area, but the injections appear to have missed the muscle entirely. Instead of relaxing the DAO, it created dimpling in my chin and actually accentuated my jowls. When I returned to discuss the results, my concerns were dismissed and I felt completely gaslit rather than helped. No corrective plan, refund, or accountability was offered. Now I have to pay $200 out of pocket to have another provider dissolve the filler and attempt to correct the issue. Not to mention the correcting of my forehead tox which cost me $290 and we're going to address the lower face later... When you're trusting someone with injections in your face, proper placement and patient care should be the standard. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
