I had heard since then, as his business grew, that he doesnt finish projects in a timely way, doesnt communicate and was warned against using him. I wish I had listened to these warnings! I hired him to do a kitchen reno and it has been a disaster from the beginning. Now, almost three months since the project started, he has only done half the work and is not completing the cabinet installation, which he has been fully paid for. He refuses to give me a timeline and instead lies and makes excuses, pretending that he's going to send workers. I am at the end of my rope. I realize at this point he is never going to do it so I want my money back and I'll find someone else to finish the work so I can have my kitchen back in use!

Kocher Construction is the exception, Rich Kocher and his team are amazing! One of our friends used Kocher for a major renovation project including a kitchen and bath, then we saw a entire building that he built from the ground up and it was beautiful. Amazing attention to detail. So we decided to hire him to redo our tiny bathroom. We kept the bathroom footprint the same but his help it now looks twice as big. He gave us guidance and examples of what will work and what will not work and even offered to come shopping with us to pick tiles, fixtures and tubs. We didn't have too much time to pick things, so we used a lot of his suggestions and absolutely love the end result. We now have a well lit, spacious bathroom, with counter space when there was non before, a super deep soaking tub to ease the worries of the day away and elegant, modern tile to bring it all together. His team of workers are very trustworthy, we were able to take a planned vacation and leave everything to his team -- we came back and everything was cleaned and organized. None of our personal belongings were touched, they actually covered it all with plastic so it wouldn't get dusty from the renovations. Thank you Rich and the Kocher Construction team!!!
