Westside…read moreinitially provided a proposal for all new cabinets, countertops, tile, etc. As our budget did not accommodate cabinet replacement, Westside then provided an alternate proposal for repainting the existing maple cabinets, which we did instead, with an excellent result. We selected the new countertops from samples in their showroom, then shopped on our own for the tile backsplash, all new appliances and fixtures. Westside was very flexible in allowing us to be hands-on with the process and our selections. For Clients who prefer more creative guidance, Westside offers in-house design services. Jonathan and the entire Westside team were exceptional in their care and concern for the Client. Further, their various tradespeople were friendly and competent without exception. Importantly, they also finished within budget and estimated timeline. Although we have held off painting the kitchen walls and restoring the floor tile pending completion of other work planned for our home, we have already settled into our "mostly new" kitchen. He promised us he'd have an estimate within 5 days but actually provided it, with a CAD, in 3 hours. My husband and I were shocked at how reasonable the estimate was. In fact it was so reasonable it allowed us to splurge on extras, like a blind-corner pullout cabinet. He estimated it would take 4-6 weeks to complete, which was less than half the time of the other quotes we received. Guess what? He had them ready in 2 weeks. The installation was a master class on attention to detail. The paint job was outstanding. We are absolutely thrilled with how the cabinetry turned out. Honestly we are trying to find other cabinetry projects for Dan because we miss him!

I wanted to replace my aging tile countertop for my bbq island. It was a small project and other…read morecompanies were asking for at least $1-2k more. An expert from another company had recommended a remnant granite slab as my top dimensions didn't warrant a full slab. Adrian helped me with this project from beginning to end, and I'm super happy with his guidance. Some key points: 1. He had me go to their warehouse in Thousand Oaks to hand pick a remnant granite slab. This is important because you don't really know how a slab will look unless you see it in person. Michelle was at the store, and she was very friendly and patient in showing me the different slabs. 2. He sent me a pic of where they were planning to cut, and I was able to ask him to move the template by about a foot to maximize the areas that I wanted to keep. 3. He worked with me with the pricing so that it was competitive with another quote from a lesser know company. This included demo, disconnecting and reconnecting bbq from a licensed plumber, and also the entire fabrication and install process. Gustavo and his partner did an excellent job with demo and installation. This all took two weeks which I was happy with. Of note, Luxiomer sells the countertops, but their sister company Renovva Stone Master is in charge of fabrication while iCal construction installs. They are under one owner, but technically three different companies.

Antone called the next morning...he was the only one who did. We were going to stop in on a larger place in Santa Monica but after speaking with Antone I just sensed something good. He did not oversell and he didn't act like he was too busy to speak with me...right down the middle and nice. We are so glad we went! We loved their selection of stone, but after visiting with him about our layout he offered another option which was better suited and perfect. The fabricators and installers were nice and accurate. Although in speaking with them I could tell they were very busy, they were happy and did a great job. These guys bailed us out AND it was better. Fantastic experience and they are now my go to for any futur
