An amazing appliance experience! I came in looking for a VERY specific refrigerator that would fit my space. I was instantly greeted by Jonny S and gave him my measurements and he took me around to look at the exact ones that would work. He gave me an honest opinion of each fridge... I took my info back home and did a bit of research on my own/talked with the hubby. We came back the next day to follow through with our purchase. He remembered me from my first time there and answered a few more questions and got us all squared away. Our experience could not have been more seamless. From the beginning, Annell was right there, holding our hand through every decision. We got all of our appliances for our kitchen remodel, a kitchen sink, faucet and a few other odds and ends that we needed. Each decision was assisted, and all the pros and cons were weighted for us. They give us so much background information on each appliance so we didn't have to spend hours researching on our own. Plus the 18 month is 0% financing as a no-brainer as kitchen remodel costs can really add up and the extra time will be much appreciated. One of the biggest selling points was that the sales representatives do not work on commission. So they gave us honest advice that was the best fit, not necessarily always the most expensive. Jonny Starkey is a fantastic Appliance Sales Specialist. I needed to replace my 20 year old Viking Professional appliances and visited several of the local vendor alternatives. I had planned on making my purchase somewhere else and went to Pacific just to look at the showroom models. I started talking to Jonny and he saved me from making a fatal mistake. Despite other vendor assurances, what I had planned on buying would not have fit into my existing cabinetry. Jonny was VERY knowledgeable about the appliance alternatives and even arranged to have an installer come to the house to verify that the tight fit would work. Our experience at Pacific Sales in Thousand Oaks for our house remodel was top notch. After working with another high-end retailer recommended by our contractor that was a challenging experience at best, about mid-way through our process we found the team at Pacific Sales and didn't look back. We worked with Annel for our appliances and Valeria for our plumbing and bathroom fixtures and couldn't be happier. They were both so kind and helpful - providing expert guidance on some of the better models and helping me to sift through all the product reviews out on the web to figure out what we really needed (to note, do not get a two-button flush toilet unless you have to by code!). They also were crucial in a pinch with product that was already in stock helping us to meet our deadlines with our contractor. We've continued to return multiple times for additional items, things we forgot, or to ask questions - and in a couple instances where something arrived slightly damaged from the warehouse, they got it replaced right away so that it didn't impact our renovation timeline. I recently did a complete remodel of my kitchen and a bathroom. I went to Pacific Sales in N.P. to view the showroom appliances and fixtures. The selection is very nice from moderate to high end items. The sales guys, Jay and Brandon, in plumbing were very helpful in steering me towards best quality and value while listening to my needs. They were great! The salesman in appliances, Steve, was helpful and friendly. I also worked with Jonny when I decided to go with a flush mount stove fan. He was great! My overall experience with Pacific sales was very favorable. So why the 4 stars? Well just know that Pacific sales is now under the family of Best Buy. Not exactly the easiest company to deal with in my opinion. The delivery schedule had to be changed several times (Permit issues on my end) and although the delivery was cancelled and rescheduled Best Buy automated system would leave a message the night before telling me a delivery was on the way. My only recourse was to turn the delivery back when the driver called to say he was close. After this happened twice I began calling ahead to reconfirm the delivery was in fact taken off the schedule. So, I tell you this so you are aware of the Best Buy factor... Pacific sales still does a great job and definitely a place to shop. read more
