When I called this approach rude, his tone turned defensive--mirroring "extremely rude" back at me, questioning my view, citing Yelp app issues with loading images, and claiming no one else would help for under $600 minimum while promising better pricing directly. He never addressed the photos or job. Frustrated by the pressure and lack of progress--all via text-- Unprofessional; wouldn't recommend.

An issue arose, I took it to the manufacturer, they declined to do anything but Sam, the owner of Global made it right. Sam worked with my contractor and stood behind the sale. Sam had an employee, Howard (this was pre COVID) who was a wealth of information and from whom I bought the hardwood. When folks ask where I got my flooring, I tell them Global Hardwoods!

His showroom has a ton of selection for wood and luxury vinyl flooring with all different shades, colors and plank sizes at all budgets. We were able to make multiple trips back to the showroom to select our luxury vinyl floors along with bringing samples home to our house to see it in our living room and bedrooms with a natural lighting and house lighting. An important part of a vinyl flooring install is self leveling the floors prior to installation. Jeff recommended this when other contractors said we didn't need to do it. I'm so glad we did because our floors feel so level and solid when walking on them.
