I enjoyed actually being there with this great group of people. I want to call them friends. I will definitely be there when I need another upgrade on my appliances. The delivery was awesome great guys. Delivered in time. Very efficient in the installation and explained in detail what was to be done. Pacific Sales is the best place to buy appliance. The price are at best value for your wallet you won't go broke. That why you are happy when you leave.

I was instantly greeted by Jonny S and gave him my measurements and he took me around to look at the exact ones that would work. He gave me an honest opinion of each fridge... I took my info back home and did a bit of research on my own/talked with the hubby. We came back the next day to follow through with our purchase. He remembered me from my first time there and answered a few more questions and got us all squared away. He was great to work with and gave us so much fridge insight (I know where we'll be buying our garage fridge)! At checkout, he transferred us to Susan who also was very helpful and fully explained all the warranties. They were offering a great 4th of July discount so we got a great bargain on our new fridge. I was thoroughly impressed by the service at Pacific Sales and wouldn't hesitate to go back. They were flexible and easy to work with. They know all the ins and outs and truly want to help you. If something is in stock at Burbank, you can have it shipped to the store for free and avoid 90 miles of driving round trip from Thousand Oaks. If not in stock at IKEA Burbank, many items can be shipped to your house. The website says you need at least one furniture item (which includes cabinetry and other big items) to get it shipped to the TO store for free, but I'm not sure if that's strictly enforced. If all you want are some plates or towels, ask the employees. Small items delivery to your house is $5, large is $49 per IKEA, https://www.ikea.com/us/en/customer-service/services/delivery/ Shipping is reasonable for small items. If you have seen IKEA stuff on Amazon, it is being sold by third parties and is usually more expensive. I have been a WDC customer for over 20 years. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars with them…read more They have a great selection and reasonable (although not cheap) prices. Every time my order has gone well, it has been great. However when things go bad, they go really bad. My most recent experience started on 5/28/25. I had a Newport Brass faucet that had an issue and was covered under their warranty. I was told to call Newport Brass. After contacting both WDC and Newport, it seemed like a simple process: WDC had to simply fill out some paperwork and Newport would ship me a new faucet. I was following up with WDC monthly to check on the status and was obviously lied to every time--working on it, it's on back order, my customer service team and I are handling it, it should be in next month, I'm not sure what's going on, etc.. My last exchange with WDC was on 12/14/25. Newport Brass says this isn't a big deal and they do this all the time, essentially blaming WDC for not following through with simple paperwork. It has been almost a year, I still don't have a faucet, and I've heard nothing from WDC in 4 months.

Westside…read moreinitially provided a proposal for all new cabinets, countertops, tile, etc. As our budget did not accommodate cabinet replacement, Westside then provided an alternate proposal for repainting the existing maple cabinets, which we did instead, with an excellent result. We selected the new countertops from samples in their showroom, then shopped on our own for the tile backsplash, all new appliances and fixtures. Westside was very flexible in allowing us to be hands-on with the process and our selections. For Clients who prefer more creative guidance, Westside offers in-house design services. Jonathan and the entire Westside team were exceptional in their care and concern for the Client. Further, their various tradespeople were friendly and competent without exception. Importantly, they also finished within budget and estimated timeline. Although we have held off painting the kitchen walls and restoring the floor tile pending completion of other work planned for our home, we have already settled into our "mostly new" kitchen. Showcase Kitchens & Bath did a complete remodel on our master bathroom, and did a fantastic job…read more I'm thrilled with the results! I wouldn't go anywhere else to have work done. I had 3 other estimates before finding Showcase, and even know they are pricey, there were no hidden costs, as I could tell there would be with other companies. Scott West came out and was very thorough at helping me find all the materials and do the design. His integrity and expertise made it go smoothly. We had the ceiling and 2 walls removed, and added an outer wall, it was a huge undertaking. Once all the decisions were made, it was handed over to Steve Love, the project manager, who was amazing! Steve is a perfectionist, and involved in even the tiniest details. He gave me everything I wanted and more. They kept the project clean, and kept me informed at every move. They showed up everyday as promised. We did go over the completion date, but that's because I changed my mind several times, and Steve accommodated me at every level. He walks around with a small flashlight inspecting every inch of the project daily, making sure it's going correctly. Their subcontractors were all professional and highly trained. I highly recommend Showcase Kitchen and Bath, I wouldn't try to save money and just find hidden costs and headaches, these are the guys to go to!

We paid $3,000 for a design, of which 50% was supposed to be used as a credit if we went with them…read more We had sticker shock when we saw their estimate so we got 3 other bids through referrals from friends. The cabinets were 50% more and construction costs were 75% more than other bids for the same work! We obviously chose to go elsewhere but they refused to release the designs, so we basically burned $3,000 and a lot of time only to learn that they were unnecessarily expensive. When I asked them for the designs they became defensive and refused to provide them. During this process, we also ordered a bathroom vanity from them that was 50% more than what we could have purchased locally, but we liked the design and were already working with them so we proceeded. The vanity took a month longer than expected to arrive and was wrong, but at this point we couldn't wait any more because the project had been held up so much. The people we worked with were all nice but their pricing and policies are completely out of touch with the market today. I wish I could recommend them but there are so many better options.
