I started coming here a few years ago when my previous doctor left the network. I just randomly was connected with an MD here and I adored her (Kathleen Murray) she really took the time to get to know me. She went out on maternity leave and her proxy took good care of me in her absence. I am now seen by an APRN there and she's just as excellent. This place is clean, professional, and I just love the vibe. I hope to be a patient here for a very very long time. read more

Rude staff that doesn't feel interested in providing care. More interested in enforcing an on time policy than treating patrons. I was 1min late (dealing w/ crying newborn) and refused service. Don't know about others but I'm looking for more of an accommodating service provider than Renown. read more

Good things,: the office is clean and nice, staff was friendly and best of all punctual. Bad things,: Dr. Pooja Raddy is a horrible doctor. I came in yesterday with a bad case of shingles. Dr. Raddy confirmed the diagnosis, and prescribed me Gabapentin, and an Anti-viral medication. From everything I read online this is a very typical line of treatment, however I expressed to her that I was in excruciating pain. She failed to tell me in person that the Gabapentin would take atleast 24 hours to kick in. I immediately took the Gabapentin when my prescription was filled, 3 hours later I contacted Dr. Raddy and told her that the pain had gotten worse and she proceeded to prescribe Medrol, Which is a steroid, not a pain reliever. I totally understand a Dr.'s hesitation to prescribe opioids and narcotics to some patients, but I need immediate pain relief, She met me face to face, she examined the puss filled rash on my body, as a doctor she should know that shingles is an extremely painful ailment. She has chosen to cover her own butt instead of helping her patient. She could have easily prescribed me a 2 day dosage of pain medication while the other medications have time to go into full effect. She is a horrible doctor and I would strongly recommend not seeing her. read more

I have been trying for weeks to get my medication refilled. Zero response after trying every method to get in touch. I had the pharmacy contact them. I called and left a message at the office. I sent a request through my chart. When I called Renown Customer service they hung up on me. I called back and they told me they would connect me with management. That just took me to voicemail. No response yet. At this point, I am out of my medication. This leaves me in physical pain that affects my ability to work and live a normal life. It seems a little strange to be writing my first review of the year on a doctor's office, but I was so impressed I had to! I was extremely sick for the first two weeks of the year with what seemed like a never ending head cold / sinus infection that was accompanied by the worst congestion I've ever had. This plague had been going around work with several people getting resulting bronchitis and/or pneumonia so I decided I'd better get it Checked because I would never go to the doctor for a cold. It was a last minute appointment as this is not my primary care office (renown offers same day or day before appointments with ANY doctor if you're already established) and this happened to be the available one and walking in I was like WOW. Two things immediately were very clear. There was NOBODY waiting and it was brand new (I mean it did have a large painted window on the outside that said NOW OPEN). Apparently nobody knew this. It was a Thursday afternoon. I was greeted warmly by the front desk girl and checked in. I asked how long they had been open. Two years. Lol what? It says now open in huge letters outside! I giggled cause that was funny to me like 2 years maybe that's considered new in the doctor community and it certainly felt and looked new!! There was water available in the waiting room and a nice bathroom. I was summoned less than five minutes later. Have you ever heard of such a thing in a doctor's office?!?! Anyways my medical assistant did all the things she's supposed to and side note - I've found that most only reveal your blood pressure reading - but I wish they would say out loud my pulse, pulse ox, and temp as well. Is that normal? Anyhow I forget the doctor I saw but I remember we saw her two years prior at urgent care in the northwest. Apparently she moved over here for primary care. Anyways she thought it was viral like I had feared but gave me antibiotics in case it lasted several more days. All in all I feel like I was out of here in 30 minutes. Missing a star cause it's still a doctor's office, And have to get weighed so that's my thumb down part. read more

Allison Lynch and the staff are amazing which is why I drive 30 minutes to see her. It's a new office, super clean and modern, they even have a Brita water area for your water bottle and 2 unisex bathrooms in the waiting area plus a big screen TV. I have been to several Renowns and this one is by far the best. They have all modern equipment, the bed even weighs you! They also have telecommunication apts for non urgent times you can't make it in. This is not an urgent care office, it's a primary care. read more

I was rescheduled for an appointment over the phone about two months ago and when I came in for the appointment it did not exist. It was likely an error with the staff because before I had to reschedule I was receiving information about my upcoming appointment. After I rescheduled I did not receive any reminders about my upcoming appointment. Upon arriving to this location and when it was apparent I did not have an appointment the office staff asked when I could come back and it took them about fifteen minutes to figure out they didn't have appointments on Fridays and nothing as late as 4:30 any other weekday- seems like something you would be aware of off the top of your head if you run the same schedule every week. It was very apparent the staff were not interested in helping me come back another day and by this point in the interaction I'm not going to take time off work to maybe have an appointment. I could not prove I had my appointment that day so you could just say I was confused but even if that were the case the staff had no interest in accommodating me at all. read more

I had a great first visit with Dr. Graham. I felt she listened to my concerns and was able to continue my treatments from my previous provider in another state. She gave me referrals to set up my wellness and specialist appointments. I also got my flu shot. I'm looking forward to continued positive interactions. read more
