Good food, great service, good beer selection. Tuesday was local Michigan pint discount night. My friend recommended the Old Nation M43 IPA ... they were out of it. Ugh. Best value in the whole state! 2$ pints and on Thursday I came in and all specialty beers were 3$ a pint, so I order my regular 2$ pint and they only charged me 1.50$!!!! My wife got the 3$ specialty beer and they didn't ring it up before midnight for the discount so they gave it to us for free! Your not gonna find this kinda of place anywhere they really care about the customer and not scraping out a few more dollars. read more

Went here for the first time and wish I'd tried it sooner! This is a great sports bar. We will be returning! They have great deals every day of the week... we went on a Tuesday so it was free pool day. The food was all solid, delicious bar food. Renshaw's has become a regular spot for us when we want to go to a bar close to home. We usually grab a bite too. They have a pretty good beer selection. They carry a lot of national brands in bottles and a pretty good variety of craft beers on tap. The food is pretty standard bar food. I don't think I've had anything here that stands out as being awesome, but it's consistent. My husband likes their burgers and the fries are always good. A friend of mine tried their Shepherd's Pie (special of the night) and at the whole thing. She said it was really good. My husband was disappointed with the turkey sandwich the last time we were there. It's just deli meat, not real turkey breast. I think that's something he definitely should've asked about when he ordered. It always seems busy when we drop in, but we never have an issue finding a spot to sit. They have a lot of big flat screen TVs to watch games and several pool tables. Service is pretty prompt and always friendly. read more

This place is great for a dive bar, even though they just added on to the building making it double the size of the original place. We always go here for Monday Night Football and the domestics on tap are $2 and there's free pizza after 10 pm. I know what you're thinking, free pizza is gross. On the contrary, the pizza is amazing and that's why it's so crowded on Mondays. You have to be on the lookout because the pizza is usually gone in 30 seconds, but it's a fun game to play. Appetizers are you basic bar food apps. Service- It's just okay. Sometimes the servers are on point and then other times you have to go track them down. All in all I look forward to going here every week. read more

Great bar, great location. I like how big the bar is, and the prices are great for what you get. The atmosphere is friendly and I always have a good experience there. I think the staff is pretty knowledgeable when I have had friends ask about gluten free items, and I think that's wonderful! Typical bar atmosphere. Great for bar night :) When you walk into this place, you will definitely get the vibe that there is a lot of drinking and partying that goes on here. It seems like cleaner and like someone recently vomited. Not very appealing for eating but I did say that it is your typical bar atmosphere. The food is pretty good. They are very well known for their pizza which we opted out on this past visit. They do have great drink specials, lots of TVs, games, and lots of tables. The food is a little bland for those who like a little spice in their life. You will definitely be adding salt to your fries or chips. I have to say it. Ok, here goes...I. Love. Renshaw's. There, I said it. I don't think I'm alone, either, since the last several times my wife and I have gone with friends, we have not been able to get a table. That being said, I can understand why. The beer selection is good, and the prices are excellent. This prices are even more excellent-er for the food. I haven't had a bad meal here yet. The Breadzza (combination plate of half pizza, half garlic cheese bread) is a favorite. The boneless wings are very good too. Portions are large, so bring an appetite. On Wednesdays, appetizers are half off (and prices were already reasonable to begin with). The only negatives I can come up with are the difficulty in getting a table (seems to always be packed) and it's not the healthiest place, as it's standard bar fare. (I.e., pizza, burgers, and fried food). If you can find a table and you're hungry for some bar food, there's a lot to like at Renshaw's. read more

Being it was St paddy's day I thought they would have somebody back in the kitchen that knew how to cook cornbeef and cabbage. It wasn't done and it was bland. No carrots and the potatoes and cabbage were not cooked with the corn beef. Rookie kitchen staff. Shame shame read more

Savannah, our extremely rude waitress, came to our table to tell us that she had previously had four regular customers sitting at the table we were at and told us we "had to" leave. We had only sat at said table because the manager of the restaurant ushered us to the table. She came over to us and was incredibly rude, basically yelling at us to leave. Then when the "regulars" got to the table she kept looking over at us and laughing. I would never go back to this restaurant solely because of Savannah. Her service was incredibly poor, rude, and inappropriate. I have been a server before and I would NEVER act in this manner. She was AWFUL. read more

Wednesdays appetizers are half off, and good appetizers at that! must I say more? So but seriously the food is really good and its a good sports bar that is OK for the kids to go to. You dont have to worry about the kids acting too wild or loud, the whole place is kinda loud to me. They also have pool tables, which I don't play but hey there there for you. The service is OK- my friend knew the waitress we had so she looked after us pretty well, the other waitress I had though, was not all that attentive but we got our food. Food runner got the food to the table but ran away so quick I couldn't tell her when something was wrong (two times). Some other dude circulating, taking empty kegs out back and checking the bathrooms and such, kept the bathroom clean but didn't wash his hands on the way out. Food. Well, you get it, the food was straight average. The beer was ok. Decent selection. Fair prices. I'm rather sensitive to dirty draft lines and after one tall beer I had what feels sort of like a hangover the next day. If you have the same problem, you know what I mean. Anyways. My coworkers and I love to come here on our lunch break. The food is really good and priced well. I love the Italian sub, cheese bread, chicken tenders and southwest egg rolls. And tater tots. I always get the tots!! There's a nice little patio too, which makes a workday lunch break feel good. Since I can't partake at lunchtime, I enjoy coming for drinks in the evening or on weekend afternoons. Drinks are usually on special - we usually get big, cheap PBRs. I love that the glass say "warm beer, lousy food". We like that we can usually get a table without a wait because it's so big inside. The waitresses are usually pretty cool. Great drink deals and great atmosphere. I've only had the cheese bread, pizza, and mozzarella egg rolls, which were all 9+/10! I did get a Caesar salad once and it was meh but that's my fault for getting a salad at a bar LOL. Best thing is fresh tater tots! We accidentally were given a basket once and they were gone within seconds. I wouldn't say this is the ideal place to go during covid if you're being very cautious, as a lot of patrons aren't wearing masks as they should, but severs are and it still is a great place to go! It's close to home, and when our friends are back in town we all gather up and come in here for their cheap beers and specials. Although it is just typical bar food they have a great selection of food to choose from. They also have amazing pizza! They have the same specials everyday but they are different each day which makes it easier to pick which days you want to go. They have a full bar and many great beers to choose from I recommend this place for anyone in or around the area. You get a great deal and your money worth but make sure you bring cash because they have a 10 dollar limit on creditcards which is a pain in the butt if you're just stopping in for one drink. read more

To start, I love Renshaw and usually go there 2 days a week. The staff is usually great and so is the food! When it was announced restaurants and bars were opening again, I knew this was the first place I wanted to go. Unfortunately, the experience was horrible after I bragged to coworkers about it. The first waitress we had was nice and attentive. A bigger table opened and we asked the manager if we could move and she was okay with it. We had been there an hour and she came over saying now there is a wait and if we wanted to stay we needed to keep being put on the waitlist and had 20 minutes left. We did just that, per her direction and waited on the list like everyone else. Everyone asked me if she had it out for us because our service was great with the 2 waitresses we had and then she started serving us and lacked attention and "kicked us out" when we were next on the waitlist and then cancelled my wait. I showed the waitress we were next to see if we didn't have to cash out and stay longer and the manager came over yelling that "we were giving the waitress a hard time" and then accusing us of calling her a miserable person when she walked away. We simply were just showing her we were next and asked if we could stay. I understand the capacity but it is not like we weren't spending money. Our tab was $300+ in 3 hours on drinks. Highly disappointed with the way we were treated in a spot I regularly frequent and by a manager and accusing people. read more
