    I bought a used GE fridge from these folks years ago. Suddenly the water line froze, and my home…read morewarranty company said it was a manufacturer defect and wouldn't do anything about it. I called Guaranteed (knowing that I was well out of their warranty period) and Kristen immediately identified it as a simple fix with a part I could come by and pick up and install myself for just a few bucks. It worked a treat for a couple more years, and I reluctantly called yet again. Once again, the owner did not give up and said she'd give me the same part again free as long as I promised to update them on whether it was successful or not. I ultimately (after experimentation) found that the freezer was just set a little too cold and that has mitigated the iced water line, so I returned the part to them unused. Needless to say, I've run out of stars to compliment them. I will purchase again without hesitation knowing that they will stand by their appliances, and charge reasonable rates to fix them if they have issues.

Now claims that it was already about to go out when I called them back to come fix it. I continued to get the run around and they weren't gonna come look at it because of her claim that it was going out. My nephew came and took a look at it and fixed the problem easily. This business is a joke and the woman doing this job are very rude and can't do this job properly!!!!!!

    I went into the store on 5/30, spotted a chaise loveseat I wanted. I spoke to Thalia and said I…read morewanted to purchase it, so she gave me a printed quote for the loveseat; she was well aware that I wanted the entire loveseat configuration we were looking at on the sales floor. Thalia told me they didn't have it in stock, but they'd have it by 6/7, and they could deliver it by 6/8, and that I would pay for it when they confirmed they had it ready. She went to the computer and confirmed my contact information. I called the store this afternoon, as I hadn't heard anything, yet; spoke to Matt, who tells me Thalia's been trying to reach me, but they said they had a different number on file; strange, because I've done business with this store before, and I've had the same phone number for eight years. On top of that, Matt tells me that Thalia misquoted the furniture, stating that it's two separate components, and that the total price for both pieces would be more than twice the original quoted price.......and there's nothing on my printed quote that says it's one of two pieces, or that it's one piece of a bigger set or that it's an incomplete set. On top of that, if I were to pay the new ridiculous price, I would have to wait another week for the second piece to come in. I explained to Matt that I shouldn't be penalized for Thalia's mistake, and all he says is that I'm welcome to come into the store so he can show me what Thalia should've showed me. So, not only am I able to get the complete furniture set I was promised this week, but I won't get it at the price I was quoted, a price which was explained by the customer sales representative for what was to be the whole furniture set. Ridiculous. Poor customer service.

When I did speak with someone, I was constantly transferred to different people. I had to pay extra to get them to pickup my furniture despite them knowing my lease end date upon doing business. All and all, the furniture did its job. I wouldn't suggest doing business with them.

    UPDATE- Part of my furniture came, after almost a month of…read moredelays, and guess what. Items were "forgotten" and clearly not quality checked before sending them out to me, the reason for yet another delay. Also they failed to let me know items were damaged in shipping, until I called multiple times and demanded to know where the rest of my delivery was, after showing up without the items. They have done nothing to make this right, or give me any transparency, besides offer empty apologies and more promises of "fixing" that never seems to come. I am sitting here without a clue of where my furniture is or when it will finally be here, because nobody seems to give me a concrete answer! Doing business with this company is like lighting a pile of money of your money on fire. Honestly, I have had such an awful experience working with inhabitr. I recently moved across the country and needed furniture for my space. I contacted the inhabitr's interior design team, who put together a lovely design. I immediately purchased, due to time restrictions, which they assured me would be met. I confirmed over and over that the furniture would be delivered on time. I had to confirm once again that it would be delivered on time, but they let me know two days before delivery, the original set wouldn't come for a while. Ok. They gave me a replacement set. Then they said they would swap the furniture a week later. No biggie. The day before my furniture was scheduled to arrive, they told me it would come another week later! Then I texted again the day before, confirming the delivery, and guess what!! It's delayed again. So they confirmed the new delivery a few days later. And it doesn't take a genius to guess what happens next. They delayed half my items again, and guess what? They just delayed my items again. I understand the delays. However, it's been almost a month, and I'm paying for furniture I didn't order or want.They also delivered my bed in my original order the wrong color. Instead of cream, it is mint green. They said they quality check every order, but this makes me think they don't. I am still waiting on half of my furniture, and it gets delayed every time my delivery is confirmed. The only good part about working with the inhibitor was the lovely people who moved our replacement set in. Leon and his team were super friendly and helpful. Overall, I would not recommend inhabitr. The stress and inconvenience this has caused aren't worth it.
