I am extremely disappointed with how this company handled my account. I had been a customer for almost a year and was enrolled in auto-pay. Unfortunately, I forgot to update the card on file, which caused my payment to fail. However, at no point did anyone call, email, text, or otherwise notify me that my account was past due. What makes this situation even worse is that I called to schedule a service appointment for my dryer. Nobody mentioned a past-due balance. Nobody said, "We can't service the appliance because of your account status." Instead, they sent someone out, and the technician took the washer and dryer without any warning. It felt like the goal all along was to repossess the appliances rather than give me a fair opportunity to correct the billing issue. If I had known there was a balance due, I would have paid it immediately. Why would I call for a service appointment if I knew my account was delinquent? The lack of communication was unacceptable and felt incredibly deceptive. To make matters worse, the woman I spoke with afterward was incredibly rude. She told me I couldn't speak with anyone else because she was "the only one there." She made dismissive comments such as, "We don't send emails for balances," and even suggested that if they had warned me ahead of time, I would have locked my doors to prevent them from taking the appliances. I found that comment insulting and completely unprofessional. She then put me on hold for nearly 20 minutes, only for me to call back and speak with another employee who was much kinder and more helpful. While they eventually agreed to remove some fees, the damage was already done. After this experience, I chose to pay more and rent from a different company because I refuse to continue giving my money to a business that operates this way. Customer service, communication, and transparency matter, and this company failed on all three. I would not recommend them to anyone. read more

I've used A&A for the last 3 years, and although they are some of the most affordable around, the washers and dryers they have break down often, come really beat up, and never with a matching pair. They will come and replace your equipment, even if it's something that can just be repaired. They replaced my washer this morning, due to the drum being off balanced and not fully completing cycles and leaving my clothes a little wet. After dropping it off at 7am, I ran a cycle and the new one stops mid cycle and leaves a pool of water in the drum.. I called back in at 10am and now I have to wait two more days for them to come back. It's just a bit ridiculous I think. Also note, there's a 4 month minimum rental period before you can cancel or you pay $120. You also have to notify them 30 days in advance of a cancel or you'll pay $85. The washer and dryer is $35 month. You're better off finding a nice washer and dryer set on facebook marketplace than investing your money here. I've seen some for $250-$300 people are selling and I think that's the route I'll take next. read more

The service started off great. However, their washer hose developed a leak, the nice repair man came to fix it. Several months later, after I planned to move out, their repair came to pick up both washer and dryer, that is when we both witnessed all of the damage. The customer service team was decent, until I kept requesting payment. Now Gracie Orellana, her supervisor whom I spoke with and HE personallly requested the video and pictures, Ben (?), are now ignoring me. MY insurance is NOT responsible and you all know it. Horrible customer service and experience. They have been slow and rude every interaction as I've tried to get my washer fixed twice. My washing machine stopped wouldn't spin and drain so clothes were soaking. I submitted a ticket on 3/30 and they closed my ticket for no reason. I resubmit another ticket a few hours later and they booked my service day. no communication on if that day worked and no time range. I had to call Friday around 3pm to get some update on when they would come and they said 8pm. I had plans that night since I didn't think they would come that late so I had to reschedule to the next avail which wasn't until Monday 4/6. They ended up needing to replaced my washer and that same day I went to run my first load and my laundry room and kitchen flooded with water. When I called to explain the woman had no empathy and just told me to turn it off. Like obviously?! I had already done that as soon as I saw the water all over. she had no urgency to help and she said they could come Wednesday and she went to hang up on me. I asked if anyone could come sooner and she said "I don't want to lie" like what?! I asked if she could at least try to get me in sooner since this was their fault and she said she'd call me back. I just had a terrible experience on cancelling the rental service of washer and dryer. 1. They charged me nearly $90 due to I didn't give them the cancellation notice at lease 30 days. I have no way to know this policy and didn't get any information on this policy. I believe many people are at the same situation. 2. For picking up the rental appliance at my home, they can't schedule an accurate time. They scheduled me today 1pm - 5pm, which means I had to wait them for half day at home. And even the scheduled time has the huge slot, the staff was still quite late. The person arrived at my home at 6:15pm, more than 1 hour late!!! read more

Rented with Infinity Appliances (A&A Appliances) for a full year and, overall, had a fairly nice experience. They came out and delivered the washer/dryer to my third floor apartment and hooked it up. The delivery people were friendly and helpful, as were the customer service reps. I did have an issue with the dryer they sent where it wouldn't fully dry my clothes. After some troubleshooting, they came out and replaced it with the larger dryer for no extra monthly charge and I haven't had any issues since! Apparently there is a cancellation fee of $80 if you don't give them a 30-day notice of cancellation, but they waived it for me for "being a loyal customer" and asked if I'd do them the favor of leaving a good review (looking at this page I'm sure they're just trying to boost their rating, but honestly I don't care what their motivation was as long as they waive the fee; I would have given them a good review anyway). Overall, I'd recommend them if you're looking for an affordable washer/dryer rental. Their products aren't top of the line by any means, but they get the job done and their teams are responsive and helpful! read more

This company is a joke. I paid them $92.66 on 03/25/2025 & then $35.56 for a washer & dryer set. New to Austin, moved from out of state, got the recommendation from my apartment complex. They delivered the set on 03/28, the dryer did not work. It would not dry the clothes, at all. After many attempts of calling or having the same delivery guy "fix" the dryer, they finally replaced the dryer. Then, the washer did not work. It would not spin the clothes, at all. Soap on clothes or sopping wet every time. I hesitantly put in a service ticket on their website, or the website that I originally rented the set on (weird how their number does not come up as this??) & they confirmed they were coming to fix the washer. The guy showed up, asked which appliance, said he was going to fix the washer. My husband went out & the guy said he was replacing both the washer & dryer. My husband took our clothes out of the dryer & the guy took both the washer & dryer & left. Said nothing else. This has been a month & a half of a nightmare doing laundry. You have to run multiple cycles on both the washer & dryer, the set advertised is not what came, the appliances didn't even match each other's brands or models. It's impossible to talk to them on the phone, it's the same lady who answers & does nothing. A guy my husband spoke to actually informed him that the woman or women in the office just schedule services & tell people they have no appliances to swap with your current, this was when our dryer was not working. I was told there were NO other dryers & a guy sent my husband pictures of other dryers they had. Please, don't waste your money or time like we did. read more

My experience renting my washer and dryer through A&A has honestly always been easy and why I've continued to rent from them through multiple apartments over the years. If you're a renter or move frequently and don't want to purchase and move your own appliances everywhere you go, I'd highly recommend considering them as an option! The person I spoke with told me he would reach out to let me know when the washer and dryer would be delivered, although the receipt said it would be delivered on Monday, April 11th, but I digress. On Tuesday, April 12th, I called AA to check on my delivery date. I spoke with a woman who came across as genuine and apologetic for not setting a delivery date. She said that my washer and dryer would be delivered the next day (Wednesday, April 13th). Due to me recently reading the reviews about this company after I had already placed my order (not a smart move on my end), I didn't feel confident that she was telling me the truth. So I asked her if she was sure they would deliver on Wednesday, April 13th, and her EXACT WORDS were "Yes, yes, we will deliver tomorrow, don't worry!". What a joke that was, because here I am sitting here without a washer or dryer. Long story short, I cancelled my order the next day and received a refund. Good: I got the washer and dryer through them on yearly contract for rent at a decent price. They were able to come and setup the equipment when I moved to new apartment unit. Bad: I referred 3 friends and they told they will waive off 3 months rent and they never did. I only called once to remind them about this but they never responded. Worst: I discontinued their services in November 2021 and told them to collect their equipment as I was not in country. They came on 1st December and collected them and charged for that month, the worst part is they still continue to charge me every month even till now. Even after the repeated calls and message exchanges they don't care to respond and act. First, this is not a fake review. I'm a real person and tell it like it is. Ordered front loader washer and dryer and prepaid extra for the better set. The website said it would take 3 days to deliver. Instead, it took 9 days. Then, the delivery guy brings up the basic cheap set. So, I didn't accept the order thinking that the company would make it right. I understand mistakes happen. Nope, now I have to wait 4 more days. Come on guys, I'm wearing dirty underwear now. Don't you think pulling out the stops and getting the correct set out next day and making it right would go a long ways towards customer good will? I mean, you are only a few miles away. You would think this make basic business sense. I guess not. I would have rather done a good review and said you are heros. But, you have gone out of your way to make this a bad experience. 1-star. UPDATE: They did call back and reset the appointment for next day after another customer cancelled their order. At least they are trying. I gave a couple more stars. Let's see if they actually deliver tomorrow. UPDATE 2: The next day, they delivered the correct washer and dryer. However, the washer was not working.
