Said he would have to order the part and would return the following week to replace it. Have not been able to contact him since then. Sent text messages, made phone calls and left messages, drove to the address on the website and found a vacant house. Out $135 with no hope of getting a response or refund.

After returning, and delaying by an additional day, advised he could not complete the job because he would have to unstack the dryer to access the washer. Did not even try. Did not want to complete job even when I offered to have staff help take down or scoot the stack out for access. The online videos for the unit show it does not need to be unstacked to fix the boot but even if it did... he should have known that when he assessed the repair weeks ago and required payment up front. Another concern with this company is he wanted full payment up front. Most companies collect only partial until after the repair is complete. Overall, he should have shown up with help to do the job or asked me to have it unstacked when he arrived. Instead, he immediately said he would issue a refund. I don't normally leave reviews, but I had to let others know how unpleasant this experience was! We can provide copies of documentation should anyone need it!

After a 3 week wait and more soaked towels than I can count, the repair man arrived on the scheduled day and time. He pulled the fridge out and said the drain plan was overflowing. He used towels to soak up the water and put the back on the refrigerator, leaving out three screws which I later found next to the refrigerator. Less than 12 hours later, water was coming out from under the refrigerator at an even greater rate, leaving bath towels saturated in under an hour. It was taking overnight to saturate a towel. Obviously, all he did was fix the symptom, not the problem and, in fact, made it worse. For this repair I was charge $138.35 when it was worth less than zero. If there was less than one star, I would use it. If this technician came from a location other than Portsmouth, you have my apologies. Please reroute to the appropriate office.
