The communication is absolutely terrible it took going up there to even get an update on anything and calling the manufacturer to see what all was in the warranty claim after they said certain things weren't going to be replaced and they were ordered on the original claim. 45 days we picked it up for only part of everything to be done. I'm still waiting on paint to come in and tires and wheels.

I bought a new truck with a 2 1/2" receiver. Even with the reducer, the play in the motorcycle carrier was unusable. They grinded down the ubolt stabilizer so it would properly fit my receiver. It improved the situation about 50% Then Brian told me about a product that could possibly remedy my dilemma.. He warned me it was a bit pricey but we had nothing to lose to try it out to see if it would work....and I'll be damned....worked like a charm.
