Me and my mom have had the dream of putting up our own food truck for a while and thanks to this company our dream has been granted. The truck looks amazing and exactly(even better) than how we pictured it would look. Their work is extremely professional just like their costumer service. Luis campos, the seller at that company who helped us with the process was amazing and super nice with everything. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to put up their first or next food truck up! This company a Thief and the employee are lies. I was told to do a background check to get approved. I ask Andrea Rodrigue if she can send me a Quote before doing the background check and she said No we do background check first and if you don't get approved or don't sign a contract with us or don't want to continue for any reason we refund the background check money. So I ask Andrea if I see that the monthly payments are to much for me to agree to pay will I be refunded my money for the background and she sent me several messages saying that she yes I will refund the money and in the text messages she stated you can use this message as proof I said this. So I ended up doing the background check and got the quote and seen i couldn't continue and call and told her that it not going to work for me and she said I will return the funds but I never received my money back nor did I ever signed contract with them so they stole my money I ended up filing a dispute with my bank and I stole the money back from the bank. I then spoke with there manager ​Mario who agreed to give me back my money and never did. So he had Greily try to Push me into a contract that my lawyer told me to not sign because it was to many issues that they can take the trailer with for some of the smallest things. So I didn't sign I then had death in the family a few days later and I reached out to them again asking if they can return the funds so that I can help put my family member away and they answered and said yes but never returned the funds and then they stop answering the phones. And now they have the nerve to call me and ask do I still want to work with them. HELL NO NEVER!!!!!!!! Take my word leave them alone it's not worth it. read more

****beware**** Do not buy from rent 2 own trailers! This was the worst decision I've ever made buying a trailer through these guys! For the first year everything was ok besides all the issues I found with a half ass build, where you can tell trailer is just thrown together and the inside looks good but when you actually dig in a little deeper you learn the trailer is not made durable at all!I paid over 30k in less than two years on this trailer and still owed 14k. Yes stupid me for even paying that much to begin with but that's what they charge originally. And now i see that there is way better builders out there for half the price! I was super excited to get out of my tent setup and into a trailer. Gabriel talks you into a refinance and tells you that he's just going to refinance what you owe which for me should have been around 12k, but when the new balance came out on what was owed it started back to 40k! I told him I'm not paying 70k for a 15k dollar trailer and he can come get it! He doesn't tell you upfront that he has a gps tracker on it. So I get a call from my neighbor saying he saw my trailer in a parking lot and called the cops and claimed it stolen. Only after he got surrounded by the police he then contacts me saying he has my trailer. Police said someone called them saying he cut my locks off. I parked it at my storage unit and always parked my smoker tongue to tongue with food trailer to keep from getting stolen. The bastard cut off my safety chain on my smoker and pushed it out of the way with his vehicle to get to food trailer and damaged the tongue on my smoker! Trailer has no insulation between walls, electric wiring is subpar. The whole build is shotty and it's hard to tell until after about 6 months of usage! Be aware of these scammers! Gabriel and Patrick are nice people to do business with. We came to Texas from Arizona to pick up our trailer. We had a few hiccups along the way but Gabriel and Roy came up with a solution and had it solved in 2 days time. We ended staying in Texas two extra days but Gabriel did offer to comp us a day in a hotel, which we declined . It was so kind for him to offer it. To have things done right was worth the wait. They kept their word in everything they said they would do and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied . Our trailer is amazing and was built with care. Roy, Gabriel and Patrick take pride in what they do . All of their team was efficient and accurate in all they did. They all made sure they took their time in building our trailer and make sure we knew how to run everything and trun everything on and off. Gabriel's wife was very pleasant as well. She works in the office and was so kind to us and our son. Your not just a customer . They take care of you and your investment like family . Thanks to all the guys for building our perfect trailer and helping us learn the ins and outs of it. We appreciate you all. read more
