Guys being a rude, & giving me the run around saying  I took everything a part when all I did was change the High Pressure fuel Pump, Injectors, Spark Plugs, Coil Packs to fix a Misfire I had from Day 1 of the Engine starting. My Cars my Baby, & she's down once again. He's trying to blame it on me, when all I did was drive it to work everyday. It spent a week in a Lexus Dealership trying to diagnose the Misfire & no one seemed to find the Problem. The Exhaust would throw a puff of white smoke slowing to a stop at Red Lights & Stop signs. It would be nice if he could just help me out and just swap the Engine for another. I paid a shop $2,000 for the install because I gad no time to do it. I paid $1,450 for his Engine. I even offered to pay half for another engine, & he said he'd get back to me. It left me on the side of the road on my way to work for a night shift, & had to get it towed home.

I asked him if this is not just something they are supposed to do, and he said because of COVID they no longer go into people's cars. While I understand the caution, this should be something you disclose when the customer FIRST inquires about the check engine light. Then actually be helpful with your instructions. Needless to say, his less than helpful demeanor caused me to hand the device back to him and leave. If you're so concerned about Covid, then at least follow proper sanitizing protocols.

It turned out that the old battery still had a few days left on the warranty. They refunded my money. Minus the upgrade cost (because I had intentionally chosen a higher grade battery than the original). Wonderful customer service, with friendly, helpful staff. Willing to go the extra mile to help customers! Will be my go-to from now on.
