Very dissatisfied with the service, first and last time I go to NTB. I purchased tires online from…read moreGoodyear and NTB was the only local shop that was on their website to install them so I booked an appointment with them. I got to my appointment on time and there was no one in the front desk and it took a long time for them to get to my car, overall about two hours. When I got got my car back I looked at the new tires on the driver side and noticed the rims were scratched. After inspecting the other side I noticed all four had been scratched around the edges. I reported it right away but all they did was take pictures and said it would be reported to management. Once I got inside I noticed the employees carelessly threw everything out of the glove compartment and didn't put it back, I pressume to find wheel lock which they never even asked me for. Also the stearing wheel was greasy and tire pressure light was on. I went to Discount Tire the next day and they filled up the tires to the right pressure, all four were off. They got me in immediately, then came back 5 minutes later to tell me the repair was more difficult than usual, but that they would try. This is where I started thinking, "Oh God, they're going to tell me this now just so they can overcharge me later." NOPE! In another 10 or 15, the tire was repaired and the oil changed. The best part- all under $50 and in less than 25 minutes. Very friendly and fast service. Thanks!
