As you'd expect from cheap guitars the build quality needs work and NOLL managed to fix my fret buzz issue and adjustment of the neck and saddles to perfection. They even replaced the strings with the new ones I brought in with me with for a fairly decent price. They were fast with the whole process. You can tell they care for their customers and attention to detail. My guitars have never felt or even looked as good as they do now. You even get 90 day warranty along side your set up which is very convenient and courteous. My bass needed serious rehab and they fixed everything even the smallest things like the nobs and my pick up being too lose. Especially my bridge pickup as that wasn't even working properly before. I am so happy with the work done as I can now continue to practice with ease now that my bass is done correctly. As for the guitar, it is brand new and mainly needed spring adjustments which was done nicely as well. Can't wait to continue to become a better musician now with the help of NOLL Guitars.
