And even though the prices are ULTRA competitive, let's face it, they are by no means cheap. Tom understood this and stayed in communication with me whenever I had a question or concern either via text or email. He updated me on new inventory with pictures and links. Answered follow up questions quickly. He even worked with me on delivery as I had issues reserving the freight elevator in my building. The delivery guys were professional, careful, and courteous. They assembled the pieces and discarded the trash. The furniture itself is amazing quality. I HIGHLY recommend anyone in the DFW area strongly consider DFO as an option for furnishing your home. I placed my order online a couple hours later and he had me scheduled for delivery Monday morning. Part of the reason their prices are so low is that they don't have a huge amount of inventory sitting in a showroom. This had me a little apprehensive since I wouldn't have a chance to try the chairs out first or see if I liked one of them in my house before buying 8. Tom offered to have his guys bring the chairs over, assemble one, and bring it in to see if I liked it. If I wasn't satisfied with how it looked in my dining room, he said he'd just take them all back, no problem. So that worked out great and put my mind at ease for the online purchase. The delivery process was also very smooth. They called in advance of heading over like Tom said they would, then assembled the chairs outside in the truck to avoid getting styrofoam bits all over my floor. I will definitely look to Dallas Furniture Online first for my future furniture needs.

It ended up not fitting in the truck we brought so he followed us in the company truck (for a small fee, which I happily paid because it was strapped down and secured very well. Much better than it would've been in my truck.) He sent me pics of the catalog so I could find more specific specs of the bed so I could make sure it worked before I bought it. Around 6 p.m., I called to get an update on delivery since it was getting late. I was told that the delivery drivers delivered all the way up to 10 pm and was ensured that they we're still coming. It's currently 1230, so I'm assuming that they are not going to come, and I just wasted a whole day. I'm not going to miss a second day of work. Communication is worse than terrible cause It doesn't exist. Completely unprofessional.
