Their main quality i appreciate are their hours of operation. They were able to repair my tire well after the other shops closed. After they completed the repair I noticed marking lines on the tire and wheel, suggesting that they placed the tire on the wheel in the same position when it was removed for repair. They know what they are doing. Despite a small language barrier, this makes me rethink the idea of purchasing tires from the major retailers that stay open until 5. Great job.

I typically worry that as a woman I may be treated as not having the knowledge of tires I need to avoid paying too much. That was not the case here! Jose did a great job removing any of those concerns! I do not remember the name of the technician who actually did the work. He did came to me to explain and showed me a graph of the work done on my car. He deserves a big kudos for his dedication, expertise and kindness. Also, the driveway seemed pretty narrow - I couldn't turn in because a truck was taking up most of the driveway trying to turn out. So I passed it up, and luckily the next driveway/turn in at the hotel connected to the back lot of the discount tire. Parking: There's so much parking ! Plenty along the side of the building with the car bays and a whole other lot in the back. Air pump: The line for the tire check was towards the back lot. There was a sign to wait for service. I was a little concerned because I didn't think they'd know I was there. I did have a bit of a wait, but then someone did come out without me having to exit my car. They checked and filled all my tires. I've always appreciated that Discount Tire has a free tire check service! Overall my experience was good.

The waiting area is clean and comfortable with seating and a TV. I also looked in the bay which was also clean and well organized. I was so comfortable I dozed off in the waiting area and not 5 minutes later they were done and ready to check me out. Ive been driving on the tire for about a week without issue and the price was right in line with what I woud expect. Solid place for your tire services.

William and Adonis, who manage the front desk, were a pleasure to work with--professional, friendly, and great at explaining everything clearly. They kept me informed throughout the process and made things easy from start to finish. I had front-end work done, including new struts, control arms, brakes, and an alignment. The car feels like new now. The pricing was fair, the turnaround time was reasonable, and most importantly, the quality of the work was excellent.
