Unfortunately I made the mistake coming here after looking at the positive reviews. Before my new tires were put on my rear wheels, I kindly asked the gentleman doing the job to please be careful with the wheels(or as some of you call them, rims). I said this because my wheels on my other vehicle we're damaged a couple years ago and I have been paranoid since. He then assured me not to worry. These wheels pictured are very expensive. After the job was done I took a quick look and they looked fine, although it was hard to tell because of how dirty they were at that moment. I then went home and cleaned the wheels, revealing these scuff marks and damage to the outer rim. The scuff marks will have to be sanded down and then repainted which is costly when done by a professional, which I will have to do. And I'm not even sure how the damage to the rim can be fixed (the area tucked under the tire). I understand there is only so many ways to install tires, but I know there is a way to do it without damaging the wheel itself. Both wheels were damaged and in very similar areas which leads me to believe it is the machine used to mount the tire. Regardless, I'm very disappointed and would not recommend them to anyone if you care about your wheels.

Amazing!! Wonderfully friendly service, quick, and easy. I went to have a tire patched and they worked really hard to fix it and didn't pressure me to buy anything. All the customers I saw seemed to be regulars and the man at the front desk called everyone by name and was very welcoming. They even have books to read while you wait!

$400 problem at Audi $15 solution at Williamson

It is rare that I find an auto shop/tire shop that I absolutely love. I have to give praise to this place for giving me exceptional service on my boyfriends' Audi S5. We took the vehicle to Audi that morning to be serviced, and they found that the tire needed to be replaced due to a nail. That would cost $380 for tire and labor. I thought to get another opinion as the tire pressure light wasn't even on. I arrived at Williamson and they took the tire off, plugged the tire, put the tire back on (apologized for the 20 minute wait period I suffered- hahaha!) and they charged me $15. That was almost a $400 mistake of not brining the car to Williamson. I am a 24 year old woman with very little knowledge of cars showing up in a $70k car and they don't upcharge me or scam or give me bad vibes. What a remarkable tire shop that I will definitely be making our new "go to" spot as we are new to Houston from San Francisco. There is something great about a business that cares for their customers vs. making lots of $. Highly recommend!

Have been going here for years, good people and fast. Helped us out in a weird loaner situation, too. Appreciate this small business!

Foster's charged only $1250 and has been the best service with the most hospitable owners I have ever met within this industry! Mike and Alan will tell you exactly what problems your cars are having and offer you options for your vehicle. I let them know I only plan to use my car for a couple more years as it's getting old and worn. Unlike other places that are sketchy and corporate owned, they offered me the best parts but even offered me cheaper options knowing my car's situation. They don't make as much profit off it but Alan and Mike aren't in the business to cheat you out of your money; they're in the business for their love of cars and to carry on the family business. They even gave me a ride back to my place and picked me up once my car was done. These guys can get your car in and out of the shop within a day, whatever the task may be. Don't get cheated out of your money by going to a corporate owned shop. Not that I'm against corporations, but it's undeniable that a corporation's goal is to make as much profit as possible. I have called and visited around Houston and Foster's has by far the lowest labor rate, which is why they're such a great deal. They give you an even lower labor rate when it's your first visit. Mike and Alan want the best for you and will only recommend things for your car if you actually need it, not to try to yank an extra dollar off you. If you're looking for the best service, the best prices, and the most knowledgeable and honest mechanics, Foster's is your go-to shop!

I took my car to Foster's to be diagnosed. They claim it needed an engine replacement. My…read moreextended warranty company denied the claim. Foster charged me $138.00 for the diagnostic. I asked service advisor Cameron to give me a estimate on an engine replacement. Cameron quoted nearly $5000 for an engine with 84,000 miles on it. He said the warranty would be only six months. I said no, I can't accept the estimate and asked for my car on Friday (June 19, 2026). Cameron stated that he could not get my car out because there was 20 cars in the way and that he did not have the man power to move all those cars and that I would need to come back on Monday (June 22, 2026). When I received my car, I could not drive it because the steering was malfunctioned. Cameron looked at my car and stated that the power steering fluid was leaking out. I explained to Cameron that my car was not leaking power steering fluid when I brought the car to Foster's. I am convinced that Cameron INTENTIONALLY damaged my power steering. I have had my car since 2014 and have NEVER had a power steering leak until I picked my car up from Foster's. Cameron is neither an honest nor an honorable man. I will NEVER take my car to Foster's again.
