Beware,stay away from this place.Customer service sucks bad,ghetto ,very unprofessional,Scammers and will damage your car or truck attempting to place wheels on that are defected,wrong off sets,sizes& fulfillment and all.Seems no one is a true tire and wheel tech there.The women at that store don't have clue,just getting a check.I was there that day and watched lots of people return unhappy and was having major clearance issues and shaking.I paid and ordered wheel and was told it would be a few days.A few days became weeks.Upon calling checking on arrival of wheels,I encountered a lot of rude sarcastic attitude and was made to feel as a nobody and that my order or business is not appreciated nor needed. Stephanie,is a site to see. Thugged out with multiple piercings in face and neck and all.After being treated like crap as customer and was told that if wheels did not show up by Friday .I could receive refund..Wheels never arrived .Requested refund and was told that I couldn't receive refund. After going back and forth I was given a partial refund,less then half of amount.Beware stay away,there really taking advantage of people who lack the knowledge of tire and wheels apps.While waiting for arrival of wheels.I was given a temporary set of wheels that caused front end damage to my car which only has 35,000 miles.Wheels where bent,in-which they knew,wrong off set,causing tire contact to body and frame assemble,clearance issues,shaking and vibration,shimming.After 1 day had to have factory wheels put back on after almost losing control of car due to front wheel shimming with defected wheels on.Who does that? I was given temp loaner wheels in order to keep me committed till my wheels (the proper wheels,size,offset).Who assumes responsibility for damage caused in such event?Placing bent,improper offset wheels on my car causing damage and near accident.I will be placing this over the net.I feel Myself and others work and grind to hard.To just have your money and business and you,abused,ganked and played games with.I would recommend there other store managed by (Chance)good peps..and rimtyme which I found very helpful and resourceful. The manager of other store(Barry) where all this occurred is spineless and allow his store to be ran and dictated by the women there and not manager his store.I'm sure the store numbers in corporate suck,due to lost of customers and bad reputation of business practices.I will be contacting there corporate office and pasting these (FACTS) everywhere possible.People and corporations need to beware of these facts.Very pissed clearly.Will be seeking legal advise read more

I had been shopping for new rims and tires for my 2008 Honda Civic Si. I purchased my car used and it already had custom rims that were pretty much worn out. I was a previous customer with Rent-A-Wheel at the Riverdale, GA location and was skeptical about returning there because of there poor customer service. (Management changes were going on at the time at that location and it was affecting customers). Purchasing new tires and rims at the same time can be pretty pricey but with Rent-A-Wheel it can be affordable if your committed to paying off the debt within 90 days! As soon as I walked in Stephanie greeted me with a smile and was well attentive to assisting me with my needs. I was able to comfortably select some fly rims. Great job Stephanie! As far as payments you REALLY have to be committed to paying off your balance within 90 days! I love the fact that Asia in the billing department tells you exactly what your payments are and offers great advice on how to make payments that would be effective to an early buyout. I must say this location has an awesome manager as well whose name is Barry! Having a great manager really does set the atmosphere, and his pleasant spirit and attitude can be felt when he greets you. Hands down this location rocks!! The customer service @ this location is despicable. I've had several issues with the management. I have my payments set up to be automatically withdrawn from my account and have explained to the management several times that it will be in my account after 12 noon on saturdays because of my work schedule. I was assured that my account was notated yet they still call and harass me every saturday morning WAY before 12 noon, and then when I call back to explain the situation yet again the management gets an attitude and a smart mouth telling me to stop acting like a little girl! Excuse me but that is EXTREMELY poor customer service I'm spending my hard earned money with your company and have explained my payment situation several times and that is no way to treat a customer! I contacted the store regarding a flat tire that I had and told them I was on my way when another tire went flat, i spoke to Shelon and I have to admit I was being a real jerk, she told me that they could not tow me into the shop or have anyone come out to meet me this really aggrivated me to feel like she did not want to help me she assured me she would do everything in her power to fix my problem, when I arrived at the store I was greeted by Tee and Shelon they took the car into the shop and told me that my issue came from mechanical failure, long story short I did not want to hear any of this, Shelon calmed me down and explained it all to me and actually made me feel bad for my behavior, they took good care of me and I'm riding again, my alignment issue will be handled first thing in the morning and I am so glad they did not take anything personal that I said they maintained excellent customer service, I reccomend them 100% read more

My first visit at the store in Decatur was great. The sales girl ( keeyla) was her name, was very helpful and knowledgable about the merchandise . She knew more about wheels and tires than my husband. Lol ! She helped us pick out a set to our liking and she carried them outside . Now that's what I call customer service. The manager Andy was very helpful as well. He was very professional . He actually introduced us to the account manager and told us that if there were to be any thing we needed that Jonathan was who we would call. I would refer all of my friends and co- workers to their location. The service was just that great. I had been having trouble keeping my payments up due to me being an OTR truck driver, my truck broke down and I got several tickets which caused me to become behind. I was so far behind in my payment I couldn't get caught up and then to make matters worse the vehicle broke down. I called the store and spoke to Shelon and yes I was very upset about my situation which had nothing to do with her, she kept me on the phone and clamed me down long enough for me to hear her say she was willing to work with me and that is just what she did, she told me that she wanted me to own the wheels and not return them and I just needed to calm down and trust what she was saying, well I did and my account is current and she is working with me. I came in to purchase rims and tires for my 2006 charger after a wonderful phone conversation with Stephanie. She found the perfect set for me within my price range. I was very price cautious and she found me something under $1600 which I COULD NOT BEAT. When I arrived I was greeted with PERFECT customer service by a young lady named Cookii. She assisted my every need as well as thoroughly explaining to me why I should take advantage of the 90 day same as cash program instead of buying the merchandise out right. This is the worst experience I have every had in tires. I've used rimco before and they were great. But they got bought out. This company takes payment from any card on file without permission and apply the payment to another account because they are friends. They take out too many payments at one time or take to early. Calls references and leaves threats of putting warrants out. Take payments from your references and give out your account information and status to references which is AGAINST THE LAW. They Harass every one on your reference sheet and is very rude. I will never recommend. This was my 2nd ride with them. I paid off my first account and did payments on this one. Number one I arrived her at noon to still be sitting here after 4 waiting to get some Rims on my truck, now that's Ridiculous! When I say waiting, I mean my car was in the Bay since noon, why??? On top of that, this store has a major insect problem with Gnats where you cannot even sit in the waiting area, what's going on. If Stefanie was not here, I would not have purchased period.
