They call me back with a $3300 estimate for rear brakes, rack and pinion replacement and several other items. They never revealed what any of those items had to do with the leak. I stupidly told them to go ahead. Got it back and the rear brakes made a horrible noise. Took it back and had them re-fix their work. Two days later the coolant leak was back. Called and asked for the manager to call me-he never did. I ended up trading my car in to avoid another $1000+ repair to fix the actual leak. Horrible experience.

After the service was complete, and I picked up the vehicle I noticed there were a new few issues that were not present prior to me dropping the vehicle off. After speaking with the owner Brandon and pointing out the things that were not a problem before, he agreed to have me bring my vehicle back in so that he could have one of his best ASE certified techs look over everything. They found the issue, ordered the needed parts and got the repairs completed at no additional cost! Throughout the process there was constant communication with the status of repairs, and regular updates. In spite of seeing reviews about the "grouchy" guy in the front my experience was anything but that. First there was Bobby who looked kind of rough but he was very nice and after I told him the problem with my car told me that they would look at it right away and got the owner Jeff. When I saw the back brace on his back and told him that I had lumbar spine surgery 2 months ago we got into an interesting conversation about that while they got my car on the rack and Jeff was looking at it. Then Jeff came and got me to show me the damage. My car is an old but reliable 2007 Toyota Camry. I was hoping that the joint connecting the muffler to the catalytic converter could be soldered but there was so much corrosion the joint and catalytic converter needed to be replaced. It was expensive for me on a limited fixed income but much lower than other places. Jeff told me that it would take about an hour but it was about 45 minutes. I told Jeff and Bobby about the negative comments about the "grouchy" guy and asked which one it was. They pointed at each other and we all started laughing.
