I called Navis, and the person who set up the shipping said "interesting. ' Let me know how it turns out.' I tried to figure out how to get the item, but after a week, called Navis back and they talked with the receiving company and finally it was delivered 10 days later.

I was assured this was fine. The day of the move, the truck and men showed up an hour late. I was told that it was a window that was assigned to me rather than a specific time. Not true! I was told the truck would be dispatched out of Burnsville and come to our house at time selected. Promises made just to make the sale. When men arrived, we were told they could not move the freezers as they were not defrosted. This was never told pre-move. Freezers were empty however, they did not move them. When given the bill, they had added many fees on that were not discussed pre-move. Moral of story will agree to anything and then not deliver. Movers stepped in mud and cleaned their shoes on carpet that was laid down in the garage. Carpet was completely black.
