They cheated me out of 200 dollars. They said that we hit a curve because it had a scratch on the bottom of it and I know for a fact we did not hit a curve because we only road back and forth on Ocean Blvd. We rode the golf cart a couple of hours and ended up paying 442. Do not support this business. I did not authorize them to charge my card an additional 200 dollars, so I had to call the bank to let them know my card has been compromised. read more

First time in Myrtle Beach and me and my family were excited to rent locL transportation to make the most of the visit. I was not greeted when I entered the store on a Friday afternoon with 3 people behind the counter, 2 eating pizza, the other chatting with a seemingly friendly inquirer. We waited, and waited. When one of the pizza eaters picked up another slice, it was clear, this wS not where I would spend my money. Poor attitude. No desire to serve, a touch of prejudice and all out refusal to offer service to the many options just outside the store. While this location is ideal, shop around because they are not the only game in town!! Maybe they will read this and adjust their attitude to help those who have looked forward to vacationing in Myrtle Beach. They were a turn off!!! read more

I rented a golf cart there. A customer was yelling at an employee and using foul language. Another employee told me that the customer had been there multiple times and done the same thing. I told the customer to stop using the "N" word since the employee was African American. Then the customer spat on me and called me a faggot. Management at the location did nothing to prevent this customer from harassing employees and other customers. This customer had a history of verbal abuse towards the employees and should not have been allowed to come back to the location. The police should have been called to remove the customer and protect employees and other customers. read more

Employee by the name of Oliver is very rude. When we rented the golf kart we were told if we needed them to they can bring us back to the hotel when we returned it. We filled the tank up and took it back an requested a ride back to the hotel. Oliver brought us back room the cap off the gas tank and said it wasn't full when you could see the gas at the top of the tank. I said we just left the gas station insisted it wasn't full and requested $10. I said no let's go to the gas station. We went and it was only $2.86 to make it overflow. When he brought us back to the hotel he said he wasn't a taxi as I was getting off the kart. I told him we were told they can provide transportation if we needed it he said well I'm not a taxi and drove off. I don't know if he was mad because he didn't get the $10 or that he had to bring us back. Either way if you are not happy with your job find another line of work. read more

If -5 was an option I would have given them that. They have you complete the paperwork and then do the instructional session. So if you fail that they do not give you money back according to Curt I should have asked if I could do the instructional session first, even though I let them know this was my first time and that was not offered. There are no refunds, so as far as Lisa is concerned she was doing me a favor when I asked if my money could be applied to a different vehicle, and she said yes but because hostile when I began asking questions. This place is trash. From a concerned citizen, please do not rent anything from here. Me and four friends decided to rent five mopeds for 3 days as part of a Fourth of July special, and that was the worst decision we made during our stay in Myrtle. Not more than 10 minutes after getting our mopeds, one of them had a broken throttle. Through the course of our rental, we had three broken throttles, two issues with starting, and a jammed key. If you rent from here, you will spend more time waiting for someone to come and fix your bike than you will driving. The repair service is bad as well, and will keep you waiting a long time. During one of the repairs, we were told it would be a fifteen minute wait, and ended up waiting for an hour and a half, which is ridiculous when you're on vacation and trying to enjoy yourself. Finally, the service this place offers is terrible. They will not pick up the phone, making you come to the place to talk to them. They cut our return time by 3 hours, and did not offer any consideration as to all the waits and broken bikes and on the contrary, were rude to us. Biggest waste of $200. Again, do not rent from this place. read more

This was the worst experience I ever had. I rode it for five minutes and it exploded and I got a ticket for no reason.

We chose this place because it was close to our hotel, we got a golf cart for 3 hours for $100. When we got there the one girl started helping us, meanwhile the other girl started yelling a guy working there being just rude, she started talking to the girl helping us about how she couldn't believe the one manager told her she wasn't allowed to smoke in the semi-enclosed room we were in while another said she could and proceeded to light a cigarette with the smoke blowing in my face. Both girls were yelling at the other employees just being strange and dramatic. The one doing our order pointed to another golf cart driving by and said how she liked the ones from that store so much better. Once we left the place and were actually driving the golf cart everything was great but in hindsight I would've rather gone somewhere else and not dealt with the strange girls. Do not rent from here. We rented 4 mopeds for the day and within 10 minutes we had one lose power and begin to break down. On the way back to the rental store my moped broke down completely, the front whee bearing locked up and I was stuck on a side walk. I proceeded to call the roadside assist number 4 times with no answer. I rode on the back of my friends moped back to the store for them just to tell me to ride back down to where mine was broke down. I sat there for over an hour waiting for them to pick it up. During my waiting a police officer came over to write me a ticket for being parked on the sidewalk and after a quick explanation he said he was going to have it towed and charge the superstore. In conversation he said the place was super shady and I should go and get my money back. After that wait we headed towards the store not 2 minutes down the road another moped blew a belt and once again we are stuck on the side of the road. After another half an hour wait we finally made it back to the store. I went to the front desk very politely asked for my money back and he said there was nothing he could do absolutely no refunds and he could only extend my rental for an additional half hour. I asked to have a phone number for his boss and he said no I will not give you his number you are not getting your money back either ride it or leave it. I was ready to break this guys jaw he was extremely rude and just a plain asshole. Do not rent from here they should be shut down. read more
