I wandered around the carpet and storm door areas looking for an associate to help me. At 7:21 I found an employee and asked for help. He stated that he does not know how to assist, but there is usually someone around. I said I hadn't seen anyone yet to which he quickly replied "Well it's Saturday night and we're about to close!!!!". I stated that I guess I didn't need anything then and he said "OK, thank you" and walked off. I put my items back and left, but not before confirming that the store closes at 10 PM. For the safety of your family, I strongly suggest that you inspect any Lowe's appliance installers' work before they leave your home. He personally delivered the battery and then taught me how to use the tools safely, as well as how/when/why to charge the batteries (yes, it matters).
