If you man-e-splain to them what's the problem, the possible hopeful outcome and the logistics they understand and get it done as fast as a NASCAR pit crew. I run into the other big residential property managers there constantly as we are all getting more keys made because there is no substitute for a cut-and-buff from Ace Hardware. Unless it's a car key, then go to AutoZone straight across the street. e.g. the public storage owner across the street is just one more landlord with 50+ residential properties in the Village of Lockport. And the receipt price is not what you actually paid because they ask if you want to receive special offers by signing-up. These are BOGOs with steep discounts on the first item. They are also your recycle batteries etc guys. They have those brand-new Ace Hardware buckets that I buy a bunch of as shopping bags. When I show up ASAP on a call with the materials that I suspect and a dozen W. W. Granger catalogs they know that I am professional grade, that I can be trusted Spiritually, that I will do the job in A Workman Like Manner.

This was the second time I rented large power equipment from BI Rental, and was even a better…read moreexperience than four years ago because when the scissor lift was delivered, the deliveryman helped me determine very quickly that it was absolutely not the right equipment for what I wanted to do, and he immediately took it back and brought out the correct equipment, which was a Niftylift self-drive boom lift. I just had to pay the difference between the two rentals, and the bucket boom was fantastic, and allowed me to safely and easily do a lot of tree trimming and repair work that would have been incredibly dangerous with a ladder or on the roof. The delivery cost was more than reasonable and saved me a large amount of time. After the deliveryman spent ten minutes running me through the operation, it took me about twenty minutes on my own to get comfortable with the equipment. It more than paid for itself by saving me either hospital and insurance costs, or funerary expenses on my family's part. Just as with last time, the staff at BI Rental are all about efficiency and making sure the customer gets the greatest value out of their rental.

I work for a company in west Chicago IL and for over a year we had been having problems with a…read moreleak in one of our lift trucks. After serval failed attempts to have the issue resolved with a different company. We decided to call crown and let me just say we couldn't be happier they sent out a seasoned veteran John Bruns van 154. He was able to find the leak and fix the problem right away at a fraction of the cost that the other company quoted us. Once this problem was resolved we knew we made the right choice and found our new service provider. It's not often nowadays you find tradesmen as knowledgeable, respectable and honest as John knowing this, I asked going forward if we could always get him as our technician. He explained that he could not guarantee that but it was not him It would be someone that he personally trained. Matt D'Addio van 32 Matt is also a ROCKSTAR he is extremely professional knowledgeable and honest Matt has come out serval times now for PMs and for other repairs and we couldn't be happier Matt is very responsive taking calls at all hours and getting us in ASAP. I personally worked in the service industry for 15 years prior to coming into this new company so I know what great service means.
