So I decided to give this place a shot, first thing I see when I come in is that it's really filthy and the Dispenser for the soaps are really gross. This place is gross. I remember coming here when I was younger, but now, It's even worse! I came here today and there was water and what could be urine on the floor! There was also "mystery liquid" coming out from under a dryer! And the worst of all, there was literal feces in a garbage can in a corner nearby a washer I was using. You guys need to get your crap together because this is NOT okay. And $4 for one load?!?! You can find better places with cheaper prices! Overall, I suggest NOT to EVER go here unless you NEED to wash our laundry or if you have coins to put to use. I, however, will not EVER go here again. EDIT: And the only GOOD thing about this place is that it has free wifi. The bad part about that is that you need a Facebook in order to have access to it. So if you don't have Facebook, then I apologize. If you do have Facebook, at least you won't be bored out of your mind looking at the garbage feces. read more

Yikes. Just yikes. This laundromat manages to attract some very shady people. Don't get me wrong everyone has laundry they need to do. More times than not however, there are some real weirdos that come in here. I got to watch a guy pick threw the trash that I had just thrown away the last time I was at this laundromat. Most of the machine are broken and have "out of orders written on them in permanent marker. Others straight out aren't plugged in but will take your quarter regardless. There are some machines available for small loads which cost 2 dollars and some that will do larger loads for 4 dollars. Guess which ones get taken first and that they have the least of? I don't know man, maybe you should buy a washer and dryer and open it to the public instead of going to this public one. read more

It is sad that this place is so deserted. It has a good location, but the aesthetics and lack of any sort of on-site attendant hurts this place. When you walk in, the place is dim and dingy. The smaller washing machines look like something from the early 90s, I mean, like they'd fall apart if you put in any more than a couple of hand towels. There is often garbage on the ground, and only a couple of laundry carts to transfer your clothes in. The larger washing machines are nice, but I could use the same machine elsewhere for less money; a place that also has an attendant should I require assistance. read more

I put $4 into a washer and it didn't count down my quarters but I didn't notice until halfway through.. so I went ahead and put all the money in and then pressed which wash cycle I wanted. It wouldn't start and then I read the instructions that say to choose the cycle before putting in money. I called the number and an employee came up, put a quarter in, and it counted down. He then proceeded to tell me that I DIDN'T put any money in (calling me a liar). I told him to go and check the cameras and he said no and kept saying that I didn't put money in. I'm never coming back here, don't call me a liar, fix your stupid machines and CHECK THE CAMERAS. So rude. read more

First off, their online open times and actual open times are different. Their inside of the store is dirty as hell especially inside the machines. People smoke INSIDE the building and the owner is no where to be found. Bums come in constantly asking for change and eyeballing your clothes as if about to nab your stuff when you aren't looking. read more

This laundromat is seriously RUN DOWN. They definitely need to fix this place up. A bunch of machines were out of order. It just looked sad in there. I wish that we had access to a restroom, I'm pregnant and I had to go to a store nearby, buy something then use their restroom so its a huge inconvenience when I want to do is wash something, I end up spending more money to just pee. The actual machines in there consist of 75-80% of them being really old. Half the dryers barely dry clothes. It just looks like this place isn't care for that much. Plus its a bit pricey too considering how run down it is....no one is ever there to care for the place. Theres a number you can call...but I mean I don't many laundromats deserted. All the ones I have gone to always have someone tending to it often to make sure its clean and things are working properly. Take your laundry somewhere else. I recommend driving to White Center, theres plenty of other options there that will wash and dry your clothes conveniently, WITH RESTROOMS!!! read more

Most of the machines in the establishment are derelict and not in use. The machines and the place in general is not kept clean.

This place sucks! The first thing I noticed is some of the machines cost $4for one load! OMG! That machine did not look like it held that much more laundry than a standard washer. Next, I was noticing how many machines were out of order. It was kind of a hit or miss on whether or not one of the affordable machines would work. I was next to a machine that was stopped mid cycle. It wasn't going through the spin cycle. I felt very sorry for the person who was using it, and was just praying that maybe they would one day be able to recover their clothes. I saw other machines in the same state, half way through cycle, with the door locked so the machine basically stole their cloths. Now, for most people, there is a reason we use a laundry mat, because we do not have a place where we can have our own washer and dryer. These are usually lower income places. We do not have money to gamble on a washer. Even one quarter cannot be wasted. IMHO, they really should close down this place. Why keep it open if nobody is going to maintain any of the equipment? Why RIP people off of not only their money but their precious time? read more

I haven't been here in years. It is now an excrement hole. It's a wasteland of non-functional (& unmarked) machines, mixed in with viable ones. One has to read carefully and then guess at cocts and capacities, all different. Telephone numbers on the window lead to one dead phone and one that is not answered, with voice mailbox full. If life is dull, come by to take your chances. read more

I went their today to wash a mattress cover that is too big for my washing machine and it came out filthy - dirtier than it went in. Like others said it is run down and no place to even sit down. Will not go back unless they spruce the place up a bit and keep the machines cleaner.. read more
