I do like my nails, I got them done on 4/26/2019. So it's only been a day. The lady who did my nails was nice, because I treated her with respect. But the vibe in the salon was uncomfortable. 1st of all I got a full set. The first lady who is tall and looks like she hates living, and just angry.. was every aggressive and wasn't pleasant at all. She was so angry that she was burning my fingers removing acrylic that I had on. But than she turned me over to the short lady with the red apron on. She did a excellent job on nails. And, she was Pleasant. I didn't enjoy them talking and laughing about us customers... they was loud and obvious. It was every unprofessional, as well as disturbing and abusive. That tall lady is every hateful. I went to pay for the service and left a $40 tip for the lady who did my nails. She was mad that I give the tip... kind of weird and disturbing as well as judgmental and racist. But my nails was well done. I think the techs need to reevaluate if this is the career they really want. As well as taking a professional business course about proper conduct when running a business. When customers come into a business they expect professionalism and quality. They can do better far as that. I don't like to see anyone's business fail. But if they do not make any changes in their professionalism and their conduct towards customers this business will fail. read more

I wasted 1 1/2 hours just to get a manicure with gel and it was TERRIBLE! Just look at how she was going to let me walk out the salon. I booked a 6pm appt for shellac manicure & pedicure. From the start everything felt rushed. I couldn't relax and take a minute to choose my nail look because they would repeat over & over "pick a color" I couldn't even think. This is a paid service where clients come to Relax, not feel rushed! They don't listen and dismiss what your requests are. I told them shellac manicure which I thought was the gel but all I got was a cured nail polish! Which hasn't even lasted the week, I went last Friday. Worst nails of my life at 50$ for just polish. I would remind her like hey please don't make it short. at the end of the service after she put the polish one she went back over it again with the file and by the time she did this, it was too short, and I hated it. I went on to let her know that her work was not done how I wanted it to be done and she informed me that she will take it off and I could go find somewhere else to get my nails done. I found this very unprofessional because at the beginning of the appointment I stated how I wanted my toenails done and during the appointment I kept stating like hey please don't make them short and then toward the end she still went ahead and made them short and then told me I could leave so I went on to try to talk to someone else I have been working there for a while and they still redid my toenails, but they still weren't as good and I ended up still paying the normal fee. read more

Haven't had a nail experience that bad in a while! My nail tech did an awful job on my pedicure- the coating was not even, she kept letting my toes touch each other, which made my polish uneven and when she was "finished", there was still polish on my skin. I asked her to clean it up more, which she tried to do but it still didn't look good. The manager then sent over another nail tech to try to fix what she'd done; it looked better, but still not good.. Also, their foot baths are DISGUSTING! I know they use bags, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't keep The foot dubs clean. There was all kinds of random debris and caked on scum in the tub like they hadn't been cleaned in months. I don't normally give reviews like this, I really give people the benefit of the doubt, but that was the worst $26 I've ever spent and I will not go back! read more

I honestly don't know what the rave is about this place. They definitely are smart b/c they know how to milk you for your money. I got here just in the knick of time, before the huge rush started. First, I was given such good help and it was good for the most part. They didn't really try to strike up a convo like other places, but I was happy because it would be fast. Well, five minutes after I'm seated and get my fake nails on, literally a huge wave of folks start coming in. From 2 people to like 6 more people come in. The owner greets them and tries to help them, but she is doin' my nails. I just wanted a full set ($25) with a color. They said if I do 2 colors, it would be the same. I was okay with that. However, as the wave of people swarmed, she told me to pick my color (I was having a hard time) and she'd get back to me. They offered shellac which was $10 more... but honestly, after having it on now, I truly don't see the point and I could care less for it. It's a waste of $10 if you ask me. Uh..... over 10 minutes later, while she is giving a girl a pedicure, I feel forgotten. Nobody checks in on me until 5 minutes later, and she is confused as to why I'm just sitting here. I tell her the owner was helping me and that she left to the other side. She then quickly tells her and says it'll be a few more minutes. I browse more colors because with all this time, I am now doubting what I want. Finally she says she's ready for me and I pick my two shellac colors. She tries to TELL me where she wants to put the polishes on my fingers... haha, I said, "No, I want them on these two." She pauses for a second and then says okay. My CONS with this place is this... -they do NOT clean your cuticles. I have gone to over 5 salons that clean ur cuticles and clean off the acrylic on your nails, and they will also even out your nails and shape and take their time buffering and filing your nail. This place did NOT. How annoying. -They don't clean your gels ugh. They leave it uneven and thick. -Because of their rush, they did a rushed job. -Their customer service is shakey and confusing with children becoming front desk people in and out. Overall the environment of this place does not look clean, and does not look professional at all. When they clean your nails it feels like they're in a rush and just drilling off your nails without caution. If you're not used to asian environment, this place is not for you. Most of the workers will talk about you (good & bad) in Vietnamese 4. Someone is always arguing in there (customer or workers) 5. Horrific customer service 6. No personal space 7. Extreme waiting times (Thursdays bc of discount, not worth) They fluctuate their nail prices depending on their mood. I have been paying $33 for dip powder the past 2 years, and my nails have always been the same length. Suddenly 2 months ago the owner says he needs to charge me $5 extra bc my nails were long. 2 weeks ago the lady at the front desk says she needs to charge me $7 more bc my nails were long. Today I went to get my usual dip, and I cut my nails shorter than usual and she said she needs to charge me $5. I had to explain to her this is the shortest length I ever had and she was getting so angry and told me its long. Mind you, the last 2 years my real nails has been longer than todays length. She starts yelling across the salon to Cam saying I need to pay extra and my nails are long. Relax, Im talking quietly to you, dont yell across the salon in a different language. That same front desk lady ALWAYS grabs my purse and trys it on as if its hers. Like what in the world is she doing. I dont even know her, i'm mute at the salon and probably the quietest person ever, yet she grabs my purse, trys it on, tells me she likes it, and gives it back to me. Like please dont touch my personal belongings I make an appointment ALL THE TIME. Not once in the past 2 years I had my nails done on time. Im always waiting for 15-35 min every single appointment. Once I made a dip appointment, drove all the way from Tacoma, and the front lady says Cam is overbooked and they cant do my nails. Excuse me? I MADE AN APPOINTMENT and drove all the way here. Literally, sent me back home. Dont even get me started on thursday. I wait 2 - 3 1/2 hrs. NOT WORTH. I feel so disrespected as a loyal customer, and I feel so dumb for making the effort to go the past 2 years. It's not the money, bc their prices are pretty decent, its the lack of professionalism, disrespect, and poorly structured services they provide. Im done with this salon now. I'm never going to another person to get my nails and eyebrows done ever again. Since I've been living in Seattle I've been to over a dozen different salons for my nails and eyebrows. No one has ever done them as well as Alex (nails) and Anna (eyebrows). Not only are my eyebrows arched perfectly they somehow seem longer whereas they were always coming up short?! Anna has some crazy skills and she's so fast it's a little scary. The owners son (who was extremely nice and informative) suggested I have a vitamin dip manicure instead of a shellac gel manicure to help out my thinning nails. He was so right. I got a brand new set from them for weeks ago. I was a little disappointed that they started lifting and I had to go in for a fill not even two weeks later. I gave them another chance and got a fill. I wasn't terribly pleased since I like them on the more thing side in order to be natural looking. And, on the fill part on my right pointer finger came completely off, but the plastic tip. So for my next fill (two weeks later) I went to another shop where I would go before getting this new set on. I know I'll be happy with them this time. However, to my total surprise, three of my left fingers had fungus. The technician thought I must have had this set on for a really long time. But no, just one month. First of all, This nail salon is the reason why I do not go to random nail shops!! I came on Thursday after work a couple of weeks ago with my friend. Thursdays they have 30% off all services. I walked in and got seated right away and immediately I hear all these nail techs talking smack and flapping their lips about everyone. I never tell any tech that I'm Vietnamese just so I can listen until they push my button. My nail tech is supposedly name Phuong or Linda. My first impression of her was not great. Off the bat, I can tell that she was aggressive and I was right!!! She was so rough with my pedicure. Everything was done with force and anger and her nails were digging into my skin. Everything was extra rushed. From her scrubbing my feet to my 5 second massage. I even asked if she was angry or having a bad day multiple times but no response. She painted my nails and girl, let me tell you, my 5 year old niece can paint better!!!!!! Asked her politely if she can clean the edges but no, she wanted to rude and tell her friend that I'm being complicated. Also, not only the edging of my nails were thick and everywhere, my little toe nails were not even painted fully. They were painted in a shape of a damn triangle! NO, a customer is not being complicated when you are the one who's doing a horrible paint job. Looking at her "final product" of my nails pushed my buttons! I asked if she was angry and if she was having a bad day? Immediately she gave an attitude and I told her if she didn't enjoy her job and that she was so angry all the time then she shouldn't be doing nails! She then wiped off my polish angrily. No apologies, no nothing. She just walked to the back room still flapping her lips! Ha, had to clean up Phuong/Linda's horrible job, and HA did amazing! She was the only tech who did not participate in the techs bad mouthing club. SOO unprofessional! I really want to like this place. They are extremely friendly and nice but unreliable in terms of nail services. My friend goes to this shop and warned me to not let anyone do my full set unless it was hannah or lilly. The manager is super friendly and talked me into having another tech do my nails and I'm frustrated with the finished product. The woman was nice and I tried coaching her on how to correct imperfections I was seeing but she rushed my dip powder set and this is unacceptable. I still paid because I wanted to support workers coming back after the covid closures but you shouldn't offer services if you are not able to provide good quality. I brought a friend who got a full set with a matte finish and within an hour of leaving the shop her nails had completely changed colors and looked chalky. Not ok. Why the heck do people still come here???? I came in on my lunch break to get a nail replaced...... it took an entire hour to get one nail taken off and put back on........ AND the nail was not the right color/shape. When I asked her to fix it because it looks bad the owner was instantly argumentative. I have never been the type to argue with a nail tech. But when u come at me aggressively and tell me I'm wrong and you won't fix my nail.....??????? Am I the customer or are you? You would think she was paying ME to fix my nail the way she came at me. THEN wants to say she can't fix the nail because she has too many people in the salon. She had 3 other customers not including myself and 5 workers working (including herself). I just got my fill and pedi today. As you can see polish has already come off of one of my toes. It hasn't even been 24hrs. I opted for no polish on my nails but that was a mistake because as you can see all of the nail tech flaws is showing. When my nails grow out they are going to look horrible. Went here on a Sunday afternoon & my wait time was only 15 minutes. I was skeptical of coming here because of the rating, but I knew they had a huge variety so I thought I would give it a shot and I'm soooo glad I came here!!!! They have a huge banner advertising over 500 different colors of dip powder, and I got so overwhelmed with all the color options! I got a new set and dip powder with a few Rhine stones for ONLY 39$. I like to use regular polish because gel always peels up on my nails quickly, damages my nails, and hurts during the removal process. She forgot to put a flower on my toe. I reminded her and she does a couple stripes and I said no please do a flower. She then took 6 tries to get the flower correct on my right toe. It also took her two tries on my left foot. Until finally I asked if someone else could do it. She freaked out on me and said it was my fault because of the color I chose and I didn't get gel so she can't do it. She said she didn't want to wait for my nails to dry. I said the problem is not the color the problem is the flowers look nothing a like and are different styles in different positions on my toe. She got mad and wanted to do it an 8th time. At this point I said no I need someone else to do it I've been here long enough and gave you enough tries. We both chose the first option for the spa pedicure and Kim did a fantastic job. She is so sweet and easy to talk to. Amina did Himi's hands and feet and she was really nice to him also. Duyen did my fill and I really enjoyed her. She listened to everything I wanted and was patient with me. This place has more regular colors than gel/shellac. They have tons of dip colors though and I saw many women getting the natural dip powder option. They also didn't have a lot of gem design options but that's okay because they're wide variety of glitter polishes made that up for me. They also offer chrome color options. read more

There were at least 4 other women who came in after me and had appointments and was turned away by the bitch of a manager. The nail lady doing my feet needed help with painting my feet due to short staff. The manager an old rude woman came over and did the horrible paint job (see picture- red nail polish ), and when I asked for her to clean it up she snatched my sandles off and told me to leave. What the hell?! I wasn't even rude and she replies "you're too picky" the workers are afraid of her and says she's mean and yells at them. I even showed my picture I took to other workers and customers and everyone agreed it was really messy. So she's yelling at me as I going to leave and the other nice workers offer to fix it for me. HOWEVER, me and my family will never be back here. I refuse to spend my money somewhere they treat their customers like trash there's TOO many better nail shops to go to then this place. This is a review of their nail services (full set acrylic) only. I've been to a LOT of nail places, and have never had a nail tech argue with everything I asked for. I asked for shorter nails, just beyond the tips of my fingers, for practical reasons (I work on a computer all day and have a small child) as well as esthetics (I like more natural looking nails). She argued that they wouldn't look good. Um, I get them like that every time and that's how I like them. Nope! I was given long nails. She cut/shaped them with square tips. I asked her to round them out more. Nope! She argued that they wouldn't look good, so square is what I got. I picked out two standard nail colors before sitting down. No, I was told to choose Shellac. At this point I put my foot down and said no. I'm not about to pay more for shellac when it's not necessary. I've NEVER heard of putting shellac on acrylic nails. And I've NEVER had standard polish flake off of acrylic nails. She kept trying to argue with me and push me into it for a few more minutes until finally relenting and giving me the most piss-poor job ever just so she could be done. I enjoy pampering myself which also includes how a shop smells. At first entry, this nail shop smells of acrylic which usually sends me right out the door. However, the reviews and friendliness of the receptionist encouraged me against my better judgement. I liked that each nail technician took out their instruments from a sealed package, which is a good sign. I also appreciated the pedicure tub was lined with a removable and discarded plastic liner. Nail technicians were observed to be rude by answering the cell phones and seemed more interested in their conversations then attending to their customers. Original pedicure includes the standard cuticle treatment, lotion massage, and salt scrub. In addition, also included is a paraffin treatment which was pleasant. Customers appear to be regulars from interactions with the staff. I found it a bit distracting to have customers not getting their nails done eating at the pedicure chairs, listening to the cell phones on speakers. Staff appear to have the same very casual behavior which does not lend to a pampering experience. A few nice touches offers this nail place one more star but not enough for me to return. read more

I've been here before a couple times (walk-in) and had my nails done by a male and was happy with his work. This time I called ahead and scheduled appointments for me and my co worker. I was seated at some lady's station who was listening to music on YouTube. It took her a few minutes to acknowledge me. She was listening to her music for half of the time doing my full set. When she finally turned it off she started talking to her self which made me really uncomfortable and now I will NEVER GO BACK HERE! 1. Her work was trash 2. I've been going to this place since I moved here to Washington which was about 2 years ago. They've never failed in pleasing me. Ang is such a delight and Lilly is the only one I go to for my nails. The staff was friendly and they did a great job with my SNS dip ombré and marble nails. The only reason I am giving 4 starts instead of 5 is that my pedicure and nails took 2.5 hours. I was left waiting quite a while before my pedicure and before my nails. read more

The 3 stars are for the staff only. I saw that everyone was working hard. Also they were polite. The spa itself gets 1 star. The inside of the spa is very very dirty. The floor looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a very long time.its gross, especially near the nail drying area. The manicure tables have glass tops that are absolutely filthy. You don't notice so much when they work on you as the towels cover it up. However the stations not in use are visible and dirty. The products are not great, it's been 24 hours and the polish from my manicure is already coming off the corners of 2 of my nails. read more

Nothing changed and I will not get tired driving 15-20 mins to come to my go to nail salon always killing it. I've gone to a lot of nail salons but I will always come back to this place. It's like they get what I want and get it done right. Always willing to work me in even on the shortest notice. This is still my #1 nail salon. This is the first time I went to place, definitely will come again! The service here is great and everyone's extremely nice. I came here to get a shellac manicure and was amazed by the large selection of nail polish this place had! I've been to other places but this place definitely had a large amount of colors to choose from. The owner Mai Le did my nails herself, she's a lovely lady and made the prettiest design I've ever had! Definitely will come again. :) read more

The spa is under new ownership, and it is horrible! The place isn't clean. The furniture is raggedy and the spa overall is unkept. The technicians used to be friendly and professional, now they're just over work, tired, and plain rude. I Went in to get dip at 6:30 and they closed at 7 PM and the woman totally RUSHED to the point I left without getting my nails done. There was no cleaning of my cuticles or anything. She was totally ready to leave before she even started. The service was horrible. Do not waste your time. read more
