Another awesome set! I wanted something sparkly without gems. Queenie made it happen for me again. My nails grew out unevenly from my last fill and she made it so the lengths matched and updated the shape. This set was done with powder acrylic (pink and glitter) then topped with gel to keep it from chipping. The salon was chill- nice music and tv. Will be back in a few weeks for a fill. read more

Delayed update, but several nails fell off at the week mark. The first nail was the index finger (done just a few a before) and I went back to Queenie to fix, and they did at no extra cost. But once the second nail fell off, two more nails cracked (the close-ups: one in the middle of the thumb and the other near cuticle), I just decided to glue them back on myself to save trips back to the nail salon. When I've previously come to Queenie, a gentleman did my nails and it was AMAZING, and those are the nails in the photo that I'm holding my phone. Those nails lasted me over a month and would have stayed on even longer if I let them. He was very thorough in buffing the extensions with the electric drill so they had more friction vs the other technicians just buffed my nails and not the extension. Love the overall result of the nails done here but, unfortunately, they won't last if they're not done by the man. read more

It was easy to get an appointment on the same day. There is lots of parking for their customers. I came in 25 minutes earlier than my scheduled appointment and they were able to accommodate me right away. I decided on the classic pedicure for $35 which included cleaning, trimming, hot towel, lotion with a nice 2 minute massage on both legs, and a nice gel scrub. The nail tech also gave me slippers to wear so my toes can dry faster and not get ruined. She let me sit for an additional 10 minutes with a fan on my toes. She also offered water since it was warm day. For $35 for a basic pedicure I felt pretty satisfied with the service. I was able to pay with Apple Pay and tipped with cash. You also get a card with a stamp every time you get a service and after 10 visits you get 10% off your next appointment. read more

Just had one of the greatest pedicures I've ever had--I chose lavender spa. The vibes are definitely giving "spa". Melissa listened to every one of my requests--and was diligent in making sure my cuticles were bear, my nails were even, and my experience was relaxing. The only fallback is the 10 minute massage was timed at 6 minutes (I always time it when I upgrade)--but it was the only massage that included the FOOT. Most massages only focus on the legs. I had many mani-pedi services from Queenie's over the years, but this was not even close to the high quality of past services. I asked for short and round and they were cut so short that I felt him clipping skin. When he tried to shape them with the file - nothing but skin (ouch). Cuticle removal resulted in blood seeping out and me flinching in pain - I just told him to stop with the cuticles. Cuticle area still sore (24 hours later). Though I gave him my polish, he almost used the color left behind by the previous client. Ownership should teach/train their staff and help them understand this is a delicate, meticulous service. read more

I have been getting my nails done here for the last 3+ years and the customer service is great! I usually have Andy do my full set with gel manicures and fills and he does excellent work. When I want nail art, I show him a picture of what I have in mind, but I come up with my own designs, and it always comes out beautiful! My nails usually last at least 3 weeks! Marry is also good too, as well as the owner Queenie. I've had deluxe pedicures done by Nina and the other techs with lovely relaxing scents and paraffin treatments. Everyone is very kind and Queenie will make things right if you're not happy. They also offer complimentary tea, coffee, and water. Stopped in here for a pedicure with my sister and niece on a Saturday. The two stars is for having enough staff to quickly accommodate all of us and two of us ended up getting mani's too. Unfortunately that's the only positive about my experience here, each of our pedicures were done within 20mins, I've never had a pedicure that fast EVER, not even water was offered. The nail technicians were very pushy to get gel polish instead of regular nail polish then attempted to do acrylic on my niece when we asked for a manicure so we had to stop her and revert the service back to a manicure. My lady chopped all my cuticles under my finger nails which led all of my fingers to bleed and be very uncomfortable. Not even an hour later two of my nails broke severely down to a very uncomfortable point on my nail bed.
