I recently moved and have been looking for a new go-to nail salon! The one I checked out a few weeks ago was closed (Sunday) but this place was open and had good reviews. The vibe was nice and I was welcomed in. My son got the kids pedicure while I got a new set of custom gel x nails. Next time, for the price and what they did I'll get my son a regular pedicure but for my nails?? Wow wow wow they nailed it!!! (Pun intended...). We went over colors and design inspo and I will definitely be back again do get a fill or new set! Staff was very friendly and they have a points system and sometimes text discounts and have birthday discounts etc as well. Really disappointed that my gf and I's nails didn't last at all. She got gel and it completely came off after a few days and I got a full set and after only a week almost all of them started lifting. It's super upsetting because it's going to ruin my nails instead of being able to get a fill. My gel pedicure also has already chipped after a week and a half when I've had that last month's other times at different places :(... This was, by far the worst nail salon I've ever visited. I was there with my daughter-in-law for a relaxing visit. It was NOT. DIRTY instruments, used nail file, extreme arrogance. The older woman who did my pedicure treated me as though I was sub-human. We asked for basic pedicures. When we went to pay, we were told we received more than that. Gel nail polish on fingers lasted less than one week before cracking. It lasted a week before the nail bed (near cuticle) started peeling. My toe nails were cut long on one foot and short on the other. I returned to ask to fix those two issues, however neither of the two nail technicians understood I wanted it fixed and instead proceeded to provide full service despite my insistence several times on only fixing their mistakes. "I'll do for you" should mean "I understand and am making it up to you" however at the end they wanted full price. They only negotiated down part way after one of their younger family members showed up during the payment transaction and I could explain to someone who understood what I was saying. The family member who spoke good english said they only fix faultly nail jobs if within 3 days. Honey, I visited you the night before I flew out on vacation, I cannot fly back just because your nail job didn't hold. They framed this as my fault for not returning. They've lost me as a customer. Note: I did also get a dip nail job. It lasted less than two weeks before the nail bed towards the cuticle started pulling at my hair in the shower and the tip of one nail began chipping. During the gel application process the nail tech appeared distracted and looked up to talk to her family member. I've painted over this with a topcoat regular nail polish at home. However the $40 wasn't worth it to me. read more

Had a great experience booking online - probably the easiest most efficient system yet! Chau did my pedi and a male nail tech did my dip. I was the only one in there on a random Thursday so it was nice and quiet and they were able to get me out in the time frame I needed. With that said, this is the most expensive I've ever paid for a dip so I expected perfection. Well - besides the shape, it wasn't perfect. He was a little rough and knicked me a little bit near my nail so now it's kinda sore and stings a little on one finger. And I already see cracks in my dip. It's been less than 24 hours. I will now need to reach out to them for either a re-do or refund. I usually don't see cracks in my dip until maaaaaybe a week or longer. So I'm not happy that I have to take out more time to fix this issue. With that said, I think it's the type of dip polish they're using and not the execution of it. It's also a bit more on the thicker side for me. My pedi was great though and the massage was very nice! I hope I can get my nails fixed though. I'm so particular and OCD about them and it bothers me when I see cracks in them! read more

I came here prior to a vacation to get a mani/pedi, but didn't realize that you needed to specially select the different things that I wanted done (I am not at all well-versed in manicures). Since they space appointments out specifically based on the time that would be spent for each one, I completely threw off the appointment schedule when I came in and asked for more than they expected. Chau, however, was amazing and did everything that I asked for without making me feel bad for my mistake. She was friendly, kind, and did an amazing job on my nails even though I know she was trying to fit it into a very short time slot.
