We have been coming here for some years now.... The staff here has a very interesting dynamic. I recently called in for medication and did not receive a call back to let me know if it was filled. When I called back the following Monday to follow up and ask why they didn't inform me, she decided to lie and say they did and didn't leave a message because my vm box was full. My vm box is not full, I even had someone call my phone once we were done to verify. I don't appreciate this dishonesty, just say you dropped the ball. The other issue is the wait time, I arrive to our appointments about 10 min early to get checked in and end up waiting 30-45 min. When I asked to speak to the office manager they refused to let me. I then asked how to file a formal grievance and they refused to share the information for that as well. I then told them that I felt like they were not allowing me to file a complain which I have a right to do, only then they had someone come out to talk to me. I was pretty much told there was nothing they can do about it. I also had a physical form recently filled out. They charged me $20 for, which is fine. What was not okay with me is that the provider didn't even bother to have the medication listed on the physical form... which is kind of the whole point. They also don't collect copays at the time of the appointment. They let MONTHS ago by until they reach out to tell you about a balance from an OV you had at the beginning of the year. I've started the process of finding a new PCP for my children. I don't like the dishonesty and lack of accountability nor do I appreciate paying for services that are just rushed though. I've been taking my children to the Pediatric Associates office in Renton for many years, and the staff has always been extremely professional, knowledgeable, and kind. My family especially enjoys working with Dr. Nicole Launinger, who understands each of our children's unique needs, and offers the best solutions. In addition, their office staff has been very understanding of families' financial situations, and has worked with us to find lower prescription costs and resolve any billing issues. Lastly, I want to thank their staff member, April, for the many follow-up calls that were crucial during our busy schedules. I also want to give a special thanks to their receptionist, Dezz, who went out of her way to assist me when our doctor was out of the office. Receptionist was Unpleasant & Rude... 9:40am Appointment, On-Time too. Greeted with a stern and abrupt "All family members must wear masks", although... she would remove hers on every phone call. No kind welcome, greeting or even a smile was offered by this person. She asked no questions, only issued commands. As I was sharing special requests she cut me off twice as though what I was saying was a bother to her. Evidently she is either Grumpy & Upleasant all-the-time or she was just having a bad morning... Our two kids were both patients at Renton Pediatrics from when they were born to when they became toddlers, before we moved away. I cannot say enough good things about the majority of the doctors there. Our primary doctor was Dr. Wiseman before she retired and then we were so fortunate to be assigned to another amazing doctor, Dr. Rebecca Shwartz. The level of care and compassion for both the kids and us as their parents has been so reassuring and supportive. They saw us through ear infections and RSV and flus and so much Hand Foot and Mouth! We also were able to get a same day appointment with all the doctors at that practice without any issues and never had to wait to be seen. When we told them we were moving, Dr. Shwartz contacted a colleague she knew in the city we were moving to and made sure we were set up with another amazing doctor at a different practice. They were a key part of our support system as new parents. Highly recommend! read more

Let's start with the admin/front desk staff - very rude and unprofessional. I've been coming here since my oldest was born in 2021. I have two kids that go here ( I just cancelled care today over another incident). I had to get my youngest in on an emergency basis for an ear infection for my infant and they had availability one afternoon, so I rushed out of my house to be able to make it in on time. I forgot my wallet at home in a rush and I had to pay a copay, but I couldn't since I didn't have it on me. The front desk told me that they couldn't see my child unless I paid the copay! I told them that I will pay them next time I come in since I will be back for my toddler's annual check-up in a couple of days anyways. The receptionist said that she will have to check with the billing team to see if that's okay. She came back a few minutes later saying that " Ok, I will need you to call us and give me your card details as soon as you get home so that we can charge you for the copay". I was shocked. I wasn't going to give them my card details over the phone, I just paid it when I went in for my toddler's annual - so I paid around $53. One was for the visit that day, and I told them to charge for the copay for last time. Then a couple of weeks ago, I went in for another appointment for my youngest who was very unwell - I suspected another ear infection. The front desk told me that I had a $50 something balance. I told them that the balance was paid off at my last appointment in May. They had another person come up to the desk to look into it while my child was crying and throwing a fit. I told them to please check us in so we could get seen and if we could deal with this later on because my child is in pain. It took them another 5 or so minutes and they finally checked us in and told me that I was right and that the balance was in fact paid off. Now - lets talk about the providers. I used to see Dr.Wiseman and she was amazing. She was so gentle and she always listened to my concerns. Unfortunately she retired so we were assigned with another doctor - Dr. Friedman. I love his vibes, very cool and always has a positive attitude - I love it. However, some of my concerns regarding my children were usually brushed off by him telling me " oh its ok, its normal, don't worry about it". My infant had ear infections 6 months in a row , treated 7 times since one ear infection failed to clear up. I consulted with some other mom's who also work in healthcare and they told me that the provider should have sent my infant to see an ent after her second or third ear infection because she shouldn't be on so many antibiotics at such a young age and reoccuring ear infections could be harmful in general. I finally asked for a referral the 6th time and he was holding back on sending a referral to an ent. He finally gave in and told me to find one myself and they will send a referral out to the clinic. I asked him why couldn't they find one for me and send it in as an urgent request but I didn't get a proper reason. I probably called 10 ent clinics and the soonest availability for the majority of them were at least 2 months out! The soonest I was able to get in wasn't until July. LAST but not the least, my infant went in on for a 1 year check up. The said that they had to poke her to check her iron and lead levels. Poor girl also had to get 2 vaccines on top of that. The had to poke her toe and used a little suction thing to collect her blood which was so hard to watch because I've never had to see my oldest go through that - it was always a heel prick. Anyways, iron levels were normal but their office machine to check for lead levels came up to 5.6! I was going crazy trying to figure out where my one year old could have gotten lead in her blood from. The first Dr. Friedman told me was that " It could just be our machine, it is overly sensitive" and I was like " how often does it read higher than normal levels " and he said " oh not that often ". I could not concentrate for the rest of the appointment. He told me that I had to go get retested at the hospital lab. Getting an appointment to go to the lab was another whole process. We finally were able to go to labcorp and get her blood drawn there. There were 3 people holding her down. I was holding her in my lap, another phlebotomistotomist was holding her arm down while one was attempting to draw the blood. They couldnt find her veins so they had to keep maneuvering the needle inside her poor arm and still couldn't find it. We finally moved over to her other arm and luckily they were able to draw her blood in the first try. However, the whole entire process was so traumatic. The results came back as no lead detected in her system. This whole entire experience was so tormenting. I couldn't work for 2 days because I kept thinking of the worst! I kept thinking what could I have possibly done for my child to have lead in her system. Please get rid of that machine RP. read more

This place is a joke. I called them because my 3 year old has a sore throat and I wanted to bring him in. They tell me to go take him to get a covid test first before bringing him in. I said, "if you wanted to rule out Covid couldn't you just do it there? besides it's just a sore throat". They say that I need to take him somewhere to get tested before I can bring him in for a sore throat. That makes no fn sense! Take him to a clinic before I bring him to your clinic? Our last pediatric would bring the kids in and test them for covid it that was a real concern. Find another place to bring your kids. A place that's actually reliable. I would give negative numbers if I could. After seeing these docs for the 11 years my kid has been alive, they said we couldn't come back because I have a chronic illness, a disability, that prevents me from seeing and driving, and which my daughter has inherited. I had to cancel my daughters appointment this week because this isn't a disease you can plan around! And they WILL NOT ACCOMMODATE DISABILITY, because "it's office policy". Shittiest office ever. Just recently, I had a terrible office experience with them. The office declined to provide medical care to my very sick child just like that!!!! A little history, I have been seeing them for 12 years since I had my first born in 2016. I called the office to make an appt but Dr. Shwartz-who's my children's pediatrician was on maternity leave but they were able to give me a same day appt with Dr. Moinpour. I called 10 mins prior to 1pm and our appt scheduled at 1:30pm. We only have 30 mins before our appt time, so I was rushing to be able to make it to the clinic on time and my child was having another episode of high fever & chills at that time. We're at the parking lot already when I received a phone call from the front desk saying they could not see my child because they are not contracted with the secondary insurance which is tru state and advised us to go to urgent care instead. I told the front desk we're already outside the building and we have a private insurance so I don't see any issues with that. I even insisted to bill me instead. But NO! Front desk demanded that if I want my child to be seen in their clinic and the only way for them to see my child in the future is I should switch the secondary insurance. I was furious, disheartened and crying on the phone. This is the first time that my family, my 4-yr old child rather, ever got declined for a medical care. They are greedy and heartless people and all they care about is their business and money! It SHOULD/MUST be PATIENT CARE FIRST! This office didn't care at all and I even spoke to the clinic manager named Laura, the next day and she had no remorse at all. No apologies for any miscommunications, no nothing, when in the first place they gave us an appt without verifying insurance and ended up being declined. No consideration given or whatsoever! It was a terrible and traumatic experience. My child ended up at the ED twice and got admitted to the hospital. What happened was unacceptable! For me, entrusting my child's medical care in this kind of very unethical nature facility, I would think twice! Specially, if you'll decide to get a secondary insurance later on because they will turn you down in just a blink of an eye. They rather don't give a damn care to the well-being of their minor patients than losing a little money. I hope this incident will never happen to you or anyone else. read more

Don't miss your child's first appointment at Renton Pediatric Associates. If you do, you get discharged (family permanently banned) without further help. It's 100% my fault we missed our child's first health appointment, I take full responsibility for missing it. I also totally understand pediatric practices needing to protect their doctor schedules. I expected to be charged for the missed appointment like any other practice I've encountered, and I would have totally understood and accepted the charge. However, they have a policy of discharging (banning) your family if you miss the first visit. Unfortunately, this now leaves us a few weeks out from finding our child a new dedicated pediatrician. read more

The support staff here are absolutely terrible. It takes forever for someone to pick up the phone. Even on their recording it says wait 2 weeks for a reply. Are you kidding? What a disorganized office. I am currently looking for a new office ASAP. I do not have confidence that my child can be attended to at a timely manner due to the office. read more

Dr. Wiseman was a great doctor but she has retired, and I'm sure the other providers there are great. I am just having the hardest time with getting someone to answer the phones, I've been on hold for up to an hour or the phones would just ring and go through the promps again and again. Their billing is horrible. I've called many times and they have told me that I did not have to pay a bill that was misbilled on their part and later got a statement in the mail. I've left many messages and did not have anyone call me back in regards to the bill. I tried calling today to make an appointment for my son and they say I will have to pay my bill from 2021 in order for him to be seen, when they had already told me that I didn't have to pay for this bill, and never returning my call. I was told I could rebill this visit myself. I was going to go ahead and pay the bill so my son can be seen but I really don't think I should have to since it was their error. Such horrible service now, I know they say they are low on staff but I also work in healthcare and we are low in staff and we do not ever treat our patients this way. Like other reviews Moinpour is a doctor I won't see there. As a first time mom, my 3 month old was fussy I was at a lost as to why I came in for a visit Dr. Friedman was out so I saw Moinpour I'm on the verge of tears my baby is hysterically "well didn't you know she has thrush!?" No I didn't how would I know I don't have it. "You should of noticed the white in her mouth" oh I thought that was milk she's always had that. "Nope it's thrush should known" and she was gone I saw Dr.Friedman as a patient when he joined the practice then moved onto an adult practice my sisters have continued to see him and now all three of my kids see him. Not only does he listen to you, not go straight for the drug cabinet to fix kids , he is personable Tasha is the other half of Friedman's care. My kids love her, I love her. I saw him once without Tasha there and it was not the same. Friedman and Tasha deserve 10 stars. Moinpour deserves zero. Fisher and Schwartz are the other doctors I'll see if Friedman is unavailable. Dr. Schartz and Jorma are fantastic. Always so happy to see my children. We will truly miss them now that we've moved from the area. We had a mishap with the billing department. We missed paying a bill for a non-wellness appointment. They tried to reach us once before cancelling our appointments. I of course, didn't find that out until after lugging two children to the office. If at all possible, I'd recommend visiting the Kent office. Everyone there seems much warmer and friendlier. read more

I never, in the last 18 years would have thought I would be making this post.. But I am in shock on how rude the office staff is. I was told by them that if my kids were showing any symptoms listed they couldn't come to their appointment 1.fever 2.cough 3. Vomiting 4. Sore throat Etc. well my son woke up with a fever and was puking. So I called as soon as they opened-and told them. They were extremely rude, told me they're flagging my account and charging me 100.00 for canceling... when it was THEM who told me that I couldn't bring them if they were sick. They are telling me there is no waived fees even with symptoms, and that there is no manager or anyone higher up to talk to. I am extremely thrown back by the lack of compassion during these times, especially since it's their rules to not bring the sick kid in. My kids have been a patient of this place for the past 18 years, I've never missed an appointment, or been late. I used to recommend this place and now I would never. The lady in the front office, I believe she's Pacific Islander, is extremely rude.. I don't wanna leave my kids favorite doc.. but I can't go somewhere that refuses to work with you, when it's their rules that caused the fees. read more

We have gone to this clinic since my children were born in 2002. I have no issues with the doctors or front staff. But the woman I spoke to in billing was so rude and unhelpful. She spoke to me as if I was a dead-beat and dodging my bill. In July my daughter missed an appointment and due to moving the bill didn't get to me. I am fine with paying the $50 no-show fee but not the add on costs which have turned it into $337.50 !! I called for an explanation and was told the secondary insurance refused to pay and I hadn't given the 1st insurance at the time of service that company won't pay either. There was no bill sent to the 1st insurance for over three months and apparently they won't go back in time. I followed up with the secondary insurance today and they said they NEVER received any bill at all. Very grateful for the woman at customer service with Molina who called the doctors billing. As luck would have it they were at lunch but she left a message and I'm hopeful this will be solved and reduced to a $50 no-show fee. If the billing staff had been at all helpful this could have been resolved quickly and easily. If there is no resolution I will file a gievence with the insurance commisioner and find another clinic. read more

I want to start by saying Dr. Wiseman and Dr. Friedman are both great. The support staff and billing staff are absolutely TERRIBLE. First, expect extremely long hold times if you want to make an appointment or have any questions. My main concern though is their lack of customer service and attitude at the front desk and with the billing department. One issue was with my insurance card. My son was a newborn and I had requested his insurance card a few times from the insurance company, but I hadn't received it yet. I had a screenshot of the temporary card, but they said I could not email it to them. They took down all of the information from the card, but told me if I didn't have the physical card the next time, my son wouldn't be seen... even though they have all of the information that they need. They only thing they didn't have was the physical card.. On one visit at check in, they refused to see my son due to "unpaid claims." They never told me this over the phone when I set the appointment, instead waited until I took time off work, packed my son up, and brought him in. The billing department could have cleared this up in one 5 minute phone call to my insurance. I literally called my insurance from the parking lot and there was a mix up because they thought my son had another insurance policy as well. They called into the office to explain what had happened and that they were going to reprocess the claims and send them payment. I still had to reschedule the appointment. I set another appointment up a few weeks later, then on Friday afternoon (the appointment was set up for Monday), I get a call saying "we cant see your son on Monday because of an unpaid balance." I asked what this unpaid balance is, and they were talking about the same claims that my insurance had JUST told them they would get paid for. I asked to speak with the billing manager and they wouldn't come to the phone. I explained to Cindy (i'm assuming the receptionist) what was going on and that they should have notes in their system and she said there was nothing she could see or do and needed to cancel the appointment unless my insurance called her. So I call my insurance and they call into the office... they were on hold for an extremely long time and then told by Zhong that Cindy wasn't available, that my insurance company couldn't talk to the manager, or billing... then my insurance company was told to call Cindy's extension, which is not even an option. My insurance FINALLY got through to Cindy after almost an hour and resolved the issue once again. I wish I would have seen all of these reviews before I established my sons care at this office. I was referred to Dr. Wiseman by a friend, but was unaware of how horrible the office staff was. Needless to say, after this upcoming appointment, I am going to find another pediatrician for my sons care. read more

I have never ever written a Yelp review before and unfortunately it looks as though the issue I had is similar to those from years ago which means this may be in vain (since front staff/billing are still there and still rude). My children have been going to Dr Lauinger who we like, for three years. We have never had a problem with any of the staff. I called today to get an updated referral request for my son to see his regular ophthalmologist (never a problem before) only to be informed they cant because we were sent to collections and both my kids were severed as patients permanently!! I was floored! According to them we were sent certified letters that were signed by my husband for a $65 collection payment. The payment was made (months later true) however were terminated regardless as patients. Husband has no recollection of signing anything and I was perplexed because we live in a secured apartment bldg and work during the day. A month prior we visited the office and paid a portion of the balance and no one spoke anything of not paying the full amount being an issue let alone did I think a month later we'd be in collections for $60!!! As a health care worker I am shocked at the level of coldness and am confused as to what happened since we have no proof of who signed a letter concerning my kids health or even know what the name of said collections company is because we have no correspondence from anyone other than Renton Peds. Its disheartening to imagine any healthcare service handling people in this way. Its sad that is seems the doctors themselves may be clueless as to how their pts are treated on the front/back end. Now we have to look for new care for my littles. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! read more

Started calling first thing in the morning. Tried calling for an hour and a half. No one would pick up. I finally sat on hold for 20 minutes. My daughter is in pain for a possible ear infection and I needed an appointment. Finally someone answered and she said Kent turns off their phones and at the Renton office she's the only person and they are short staffed. We have seen Dr. Wiseman since both of my children were born at Valley, and she met both in the hospital right after their births. I feel so blessed to have this woman as a part of my children's care team. She is so personable and kind and has always taken the time to answer my questions and make sure I feel comfortable with whatever the visit might entail. The kids absolutely adore her and my little one who is very shy often asks to go back and see her even when we don't need to, and that speaks volumes for me! We had a scary emergency one time when Dr. Wiseman was away from the office and had to see a visiting doctor there. He misdiagnosed my daughter's illness ( which I didn't know of course) and I was not confident in his assessment of her, so we came back the next time Dr. Wiseman was in the office to make sure all was well. She not only correctly diagnosed my daughter, but brought in the visiting doctor to the room to school him on what he missed so he'd know for the next time. I feel so confident with her expert care and just adore her bedside manner with my kids, I would never want to take my children to anyone else! read more

Worst customer service of any front desk staff I've ever experienced at a doctors office. Expect to make their day if you have to pay any sort of fee or don't fall within cancellation guidelines. My 2 year old never actually saw Dr Friedman and contracted a fungus after leaving our last appointment. Will never recommend this place to people again - don't waste your time. read more

I wish I would have read these reviews before I signed up for my daughter be a patient here. Dr. Friedman is a good doctor - helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. But the billing department is horrible and the front desk employees are rude. The billing woman doesn't do her job and has made me take care of some issues that she should be solving. This review is for Dr. Wiseman and her medical assistant. I really can't say enough wonderful things about them. There are just way to many instances that they both have gone above and beyond that I can't even begin to describe. Dr wiseman is so caring and takes her time to explain everything and really listen. There was a time my daughter was pretty ill. Dr. wiseman stayed with us in her office past office hours to monitor our baby. She also called us around midnight to make sure baby was ok. Can't say enough positive things about her. As for the staff. Every time I have gone they have been super friendly. When I call for a same day appointment they do their best to fit us in. So thankful I am able to be apart of this office. read more

This rating is for the Renton location . My daughter's doctor Patulot is great. She is upbeat, listens to all my concerns and takes time to thoroughly explain different procedures etc. The only reason this rating isnt any higher, is the front desk service. Some of the staff at the front desk-and in the back-are rude, unprofessional, not very helpful and seem miserable. You can sense their ugly attitude over the phone and in person. Not all of them are this way, but I've experienced this mistreatment from more than one of the staff members on more than one occasion. I've been to the Kent location a few times and haven't had a problem with the staff at all, but we go to the Renton location because its closer and more convenient. The doctors and nurses are great, but the front desk staff need some MAJOR improvements at the Renton location. read more

Let me start by saying this is a review of the overall practice. Not necessarily the doctors. However, Dr. Friedman is an excellent physician (when we can get in to see him). My largest concern with this practice is the reception and support staff. They all seem very angry and unwilling to help. Their jobs seem very stressful to them. I'm sure dealing with sick kids and frustrated parents all day has its side effects, but please, show an ounce of compassion. My second concern is the inability to be able to get my kids in to actually SEE their doctor. It's been over a year since my oldest has seen Dr. Friedman and two years since my youngest has. I was told during scheduling a sick visit that my son couldn't see his own doctor and had to see the nurse practitioner. Otherwise my son would have to wait two full days to see Dr. Friedman. I thought a portion of the morning appointments were left open for children with somewhat immediate needs? I was even told by the receptionist, unprovoked and rather rudely that if I wanted my kids to see Dr. Friedman, I'd have to make appointments further in advance. Ahem... I ALWAYS schedule their immunization and well child check ups six months in advance. Even then, neither of my kids have seen Dr. Friedman for their well child checks in two years! Case, in point, decent doctors, BAD SUPPORT STAFF! Maybe Renton pediatrics how grown to large for their britches and can no longer give the care and attention long term patients, like myself, desire and expect. I think we'll be finding a new pediatrician. read more

Dr. Connie Patulot M.D, and her associates and staff are by far the best around. Dr. Pat as we call her, is very thorough with her patients and always available with a listening ear. When I was a new mom, she took the time to answer all of my first time mom questions. I have been going to her since my now 6 year old daughter was born, and although we moved to away to Bremerton- she is still our children's pediatrician. Thank the Lord that this place offers convenient hours 8-7, has appointments for Saturday, and is even available on Sunday's for Urgent appointments!! She is great doctor and is great with kids. My kids warm up to her and love their visits to her. Her nurse Christina is just as great! She is super friendly and helpful as well. From every small emergency a little bump on the head, to a high fever- nothing has seemed to small for them to call me back on. She is always accommodating and her staff is always on point in returning calls to frantic parents like myself that often worry too much over little things. Hey my kids are precious and It's a relief to know they are in such good care! read more

The Snarky Loaf in billing insists on charging me an extra $25 on top of my copay because my copay wasn't paid at the time of my visit. regardless they get the $25 weather it's from me or my Insurance company. I called and spoke to my insurance rep and they indicated this is just shy of fraudulent charging practices. If you are interested in visiting this office just look at the ratings. read more

Both of my kids have been a patient of Dr. Patulot since birth (ages 9 and 10 now). She was a fantastic pediatrician. Now that she has retired and after the experience I just had, i will be looking elsewhere ASAP. Took my son for a well child exam and provided the front desk with my new insurance information. While there the doc asked if I wanted him to get the flu shot which I did. She also asked if my daughter who was with me would like one as well, I said yes. A couple of months later I receive a bill from them for only my daughter showing that the insurance didn't cover it. So today I called and Tiffany proceeds to tell me that because I didn't provide the insurance card at the time of service it was not billed to the correct insurance company. I explained that I did provide the insurance card and that my son's service was billed correctly. I can get down with the fact that it didn't get updated on her side because her flu shot was an afterthought and not a specific appointment for her. Fine. My insurance company has only provided me with an electronic copy of my insurance card so I ask if I can email it to her. No she says we don't accept that and we don't have email you will need to print it out and bring it in (I believe we are in the year 2021 but that's beside the point). I proceeded to provide her with the insurance information verbally. She asks for the mailing address which is not present on the only copy of the insurance card that I have ever been provided by my insurance company. She says well it should be on there! And that I need to call to request one and explains that she really needs the right address for billing and that because I didn't provide the insurance at the time of service the insurance company is "probably not going to pay it anyway. But that she will try and fight it for me". I felt like i was being shamed and treated like I had done something wrong when in reality I took my kids to the doctor, provided my updated insurance information and got my kids a flu shot end of story. I didn't need to be treated that way it could've been as simple as sorry ma'am your daughters account didn't get updated if you could provide the medical insurance information again we will re-submit to the insurance company I apologize for the error. billing department is the worse I ever seen, had billing question and the staff is very rude and the service manager only want to collect more money and very rude as well! We wouldn't go there if our favorite doctor is not there! Besides, one time our primary doctor was not presented and the other doctor has a mal-practiced and leaded my kid has asthma. I've been going here for 5 years now going on my 3rd son. Dr Fisher has been our pediatrician and both my husband and I are very appreciative of how meticulous he is. No matter what concern(s) you may have he goes over them in detail and really spends his time at each individual appointment which I feel is unique, not many Drs spend as much time with their patients or seem to care so much for them. I tried to establish new care for my child here since we are new to the area and they made it near impossible and super difficult -- also not very friendly -- the doctors seem highly rated on sites when I was searching for doctors, but the staff wasn't very caring or helpful at all. Disappointed because it would seem that with such a large number of people coming to the Seattle area that they would be better equipped (and friendlier) with helping new people (and even new parents) establish care for their sick children. The person I spoke with didn't even seem to want to help me -- and I felt as if even asking questions about how to establish new care was a burden for her. I've had to see Moinpour twice due to my regular doctor being out. She has been absolutely HORRID to me and my family. I was advised by Friedman when to follow up and she was snarky and rude about why i was in "so soon" after my last visit. She didn't believe me when i said what was wrong. She made our family feel like garbage for not knowing that my child's ear infection was worse than when i was seen the first time. Yet gave us guff for coming back in to get it checked out. She is not friendly with me or my children, she does not take the time to listen to what is going on. I do not trust her to provide care for my children. VVV I am giving three stars because Friedman is hands down THE best doctor you can get for your kids. Hes everything you would want in a pediatric doctor. Hes helpful, he cares and it shows. He listens, takes all your concerns in and helps through them. He is AMAZING. If it wasn't for him, i would have left due to the interaction with Moinpour. I have been a patient of this practice for 10 years. With 5 children, we have seen several of the physicians. Most of our experiences have been very good. Our primary care physician is Dr. Daniel Friedman. We LOVE him!!! He has a very casual demeanor and preforms most of the well baby exam on the parent's lap. The kids enjoy his energetic, playful personality while the parents get thorough answers to their questions. In talking to other patients of his, the common factor is that he goes out of his way to recognize that parents are usually doing what they think is in the best interest of their child. Another doctor in the practice that I have been impressed with is Dr. Shorr. Although his style is more formal than I am used to, I have always been impressed with his thoroughness and his follow up. read more

Dr. Lauinger is great with her patients. I have been going to her since my son was born and that was 10 years ago. She also sees my 3 year old daughter. They offer convenient hours, has appointments for weekends. She is great doctor and is great with my kids. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a pediatrician. read more
