Do not buy from Groupon or LivingSocial. This lady is a crook, unprofessional, and a scam. She has constantly canceled my appointments or does not show up to scheduled appointments. My husband had an appointment today and waited for almost an hour before he was told that they would need to reschedule his appointment. My appointment was scheduled 30 min after his and am still not received any notification of a canceled appointment. There were two other ladies who were there and have been experiencing the same issues with us. I even showed up to a few appointments and the office was closed. Initially started with a Groupon, which was honored. Only three appointments have been cancelled on me, one for family issues and the other two for the blizzard. I will say, I don't appreciate the staff trying to up-sell me while I am in the middle of a session and also telling me that I need cellulite treatment and a facial in a way that would make anyone feel insecure. Natalia was a tech on two of my appointments and was the one that said these "sales pitches" she is not ready to work alone since she is unable to measure properly (she measured below the fatty parts) the laser pads were not placed in the proper areas while the straps were so loose that the pads would just fall out of place and she has ended my sessions :38 early twice so far. This is an expensive treatment and I would like my FULL sessions down to the seconds. Finally, when I first started I would show up on time and still have to wait 10-15 mins because they were ill prepared or undermanned. I am finishing what I am paying for and I am done. read more

I called this place to ask about a Groupon a couple months ago. The owner was very rude and said something along the lines of "don't even dare come in here with a Groupon." Why offer them if you won't honor them? I never bothered with a review until now after hearing of several bad experiences from other people. STAY AWAY! This lady shuffles and cancels appointment so many times it makes anyone's head spin. So she kept telling me she'll give me free sessions to make up for it. This business is in Colorado Springs. I live in Pueblo. Twice I've waited at her business for 30 minutes to be sent away. Today she greeted me. Had me sign in, told me to give her 2 minutes 30 minutes later when I called her name, Vonita, did you forget about me. She tells me she can't do my treatment today. This woman is a scam artist. I am not sure who thinks it is appropriate to complete medical services out of a hotel. She is refusing to return my hundreds of dollars. I did not receive any services, DO NOT GO HERE!!!! She is rude and unprofessional. I've never witnessed such disgusting behavior from a business owner! To speak to anyone in such a manner as she did my friend, is absolutely deplorable (see photos). Groupon is something, she, as the business owner, signed up for. Any business who can treat a customer like this deserves to be shut down. *****ReNue IS A SCAM!!!***** My first 2 Appts were canceled 30 mins prior to my appt. I was then Rescheduled twice, twice "No Show". She texted me saying both of her children have heart problems so that's why she wasn't there. I tried to be understanding. The last text, she said she'd been suffering from the Flu. I asked for a different person to help me, she said she had two other associates working for her, and referred me to her web site, and refuses to refund me my $34 for making my appt. I've gone to her place of "Business" 6x randomly and no one is ever there between 9-6pm. (It's kind of a creepy Hotel, so I always take my husband) No one answers the phone either it just goes to voice mail. I don't recommend this location, she's making her money off of people by the $34 appt bookings. I'm just so disappointed! I wish I kept my photos. I can honestly say I have received the utmost service and respect . I originally went to ReNue to fix my stretch marks and I have been able to fully transform my body coming here. My stretch marks where tiger marks on my stomach and now you barely see them . My stretch marks and skin tighten treatments have made me so confident in myself and body ! I even did a little on some back fat I had . I love coming here and the service is great! I would give less than 1 star if I possibly could. This owner is the most unprofessional I have ever dealt with. She consistently cancels appointments at the last minute and when questioned is so defensive to the point of literally yelling at the client and blaming any issues on them. She believes a 45-90 minute wait is acceptable and not worth a text or phone call out of courtesy. I have never been treated so unprofessionally. read more

VERY unprofessional and poor customer service. She rescheduled one appointment at last minute and didn't show up for the other one (though she claims she sent an email, that I never got). When she called back days later she left a message she was sick and could get me in the next day. But then when I reschedule my last session online, she calls only a few hours before and said I did 8 sessions and was only to get 7. I checked all my appointment messages and came up with 6 (she rescheduled one of them and didn't show up for the other one). I left her a voicemail and sent an email asking to confirm her dates as I showed I only had 6 of the 7 I paid for. I never heard back from her and had to file complaint with groupon to get a credit for the last session I never got. I never leave reviews, but found her so unprofessional I had to warn others. She couldn't even give me the courtesy of a callback, probably because she knew I had one more session coming (at least that's what she had said on 3 different occasions). Too bad, she lost a client although it seems apparent by her constant cancelled and missed appointments she doesn't care about her customers or customer service. read more
