Update: The guy called back and apologized, which in itself shows integrity. We're all human and not immune to mistakes. That goes a long way. The issue was never really about the stamps, but the principle and integrity behind it. The fact that he took the time to call and apologize redeemed that for me. Though I was a new customer, the other customers were locals who had been there multiple times. The manager seemed to know which colors they had chosen in the past and was chatty with them about their families, work, etc. Compared to getting my nails done closer to the city where the nail salons are more impersonal and seemingly in a rush, this place is excellent. They got me in right away and the manicure was great. They even have little gloves they put on your hands to protect from the UV rays when the gel is cured. She helped me pick my color and did a great job on the ombré glitter party nail. I wish this salon was closer to home - because this would be my usual spot.
