I was honestly shocked. After years of coming here, what stood out wasn't just the refusal itself, but the complete relational disconnect -- like customers are just numbers. And beyond the stamp, it was the willingness to compromise principle over something so small. If integrity is negotiable over something this small, what else is? Not worth going back. Update: The guy called back and apologized, which in itself shows integrity. We're all human and not immune to mistakes. That goes a long way. The issue was never really about the stamps, but the principle and integrity behind it. The fact that he took the time to call and apologize redeemed that for me.
