How can you not try the restaurant voted the best breakfast in Knoxville? Had a Keto Omelet. Loved the decor, atmosphere, and wait staff. Try it you'll like it!

Super tasty! We were headed to a different breakfast spot in Knox, but saw the reviews online for Scrambled Jakes and changed course. So glad we did! We can't wait to come back and try some more dishes. A lot of different options looked great. The sonora scrambler was super flavorful and the cinnamon roll was huge! On top of that, our sever was top notch. She made sure we had everything we needed at all times.

This is almost always a staple of my trips to Knoxville. Yes you almost always can expect to have a wait but you can join the online waitlist ahead of time to help some. We've always had great experiences here with friendly wait staff. The Bloody Mary was a solid and delicious start without over jazzing with the decor of stuff in it. The French toast was light but filling and is always a classic. The cinnamon rolls are massive and very indulgent with a lot of sweetness. The star of the show this morning was the Naan breakfast pizza which was savory and flavorful tackling everything I wanted in what the idea of a breakfast pizza could be.

scrambled jake's more like scrambled eggs. There french toast had me feeling like lebron james going for a SLAM DUNK. The syrup was like my heart pulsating. The only thing was that the orange juice made my toungue feel like i was getting roasted and toasted in an air fryer.

We stopped by again since my husband and cousin like this place. This time I got an omelette with potatoes and it was okay. I could have used more cheese in it. The kids shared a monkey waffle with bananas and chocolate on top. My husband got avocado toast and a breakfast burrito. The avocado on the toast did not taste fresh made, it tasted more like the kind you get from a container. It was ok but not amazing. My husband liked his burrito and the kids were ok with their waffle but it wasn't their most favorite waffle ever. Our server was nice. The kitchen got the egg order wrong for my husband's cousin's family and they brought more out for them even though they said that they wanted to make sure we weren't charged for it (extra cheese) since we had been close to finishing (they got their food slower). The sin-o-man cinnamon roll was kind of dry and only a few bites of the whole thing were eaten by a table of 8 people since no one really liked it. Overall there are tons of tables and the ambiance is nice, but there needs to be more parking. The food is ok but seems overhyped. I feel like 3 is a pretty solid rating still.

I got the Pineapple Express -- which is berries, pineapple, and yogurt. It was delicious, but HUGE. It is enough for 2 people to share. And, if you are eating anything else, it is enough for 3 or 4 as a side. My co-diners had an omelet and they were very pleased. The waitress continually stopped by to refresh coffee. And, of course, I took a Sin-o-Man roll to go.

Great spot for Sunday brunch ! Came in on a busy Sunday and had a minimal wait time . I'm pretty sure we got sat with most amazing server on the planet Brett. We were a bit overwhelmed with the menu but luckily we had Brett to guide us. He suggested many different options on the menu but the one that grabbed us was the breakfast burrito "Brett Style" . Ask him about it and you will not be disappointed. It was amazing ! He also had some great breakfast puns . No yoke they were eggcelent! . We love Brett and will be back and will absolutely request to be sat with him again.

First visit to this place. I arrived at 7am and was one of the first customers. Very comfortable, homelike, atmosphere. Fire was going, the smells were amazing, and I was starving. I went with the All In Omelet with the hashbrown casserole. The food was cooked perfectly and arrived very quickly. I also ordered a side of grits that were creamy and cooked correctly. The staff was incredible without being overwhelming. Highly recommend.

Little bit of a wait on Sunday after church, makes sense. Great service. Food was good and came put pretty quickly. Ambiance is your diner vibe. Enjoyed breakfast

Good place for breakfast and brunch. Knoxville/Tennessee themed decor in a modern, cabin style setting. Nice menu with many choices. Food was tasty and made with good quality ingredients. Filling portions and attractive presentation. Everyone in our party was satisfied with their dishes. Service was friendly and fast. Our young server was obviously well trained and experienced. Always attentive without being a nuisance. We will be back when in the area.

We ate here for the first time and the food and service were absolutely amazing! Our server, Bret, provided one of the best levels of service we've ever experienced. As first-timers, he gave great recommendations, kept our drinks full, and checked on us several times to make sure everything tasted as good as it looked. His jokes and easygoing demeanor were the icing on the cake! When we arrived, we were told the wait would be about an hour, but it ended up being closer to 30 minutes, which was great. The food was definitely worth the wait. Everything was delicious, super filling, and came out quickly. I can absolutely see why they're rated the best breakfast in Knoxville. We'll definitely be back -- and we'd love to have Bret as our server again!

We came to Scrambled Jake's on a Sunday, and thanks to the yelp waitlist feature we saved ourselves a great amount of time by putting our name in through that and only having to wait a little when we arrived. The service was great and fast- and the food was delicious. The biscuits and gravy was my favorite by far! The grits and hashbrown casserole were also so delicious- I will definitely be back!

Inside, it has a touch of 70's flair and midcentury pizzazz in a small but serene space. Seating is limited, with a few cozy seating spots and many bar seats and low-top tables. The wi-fi was rockin' and many outlets being put to good, techie use. The barista warmly greeted us and quickly got to work with our creations-a cold brew and a hot latte. There is a $1 upgrade for dairy alternatives and any sugar and sweetener is in a self-serve area, not added into the drink (although the barista asked me if that's okay, thus, I think she would have added if I preferred that). They have sugar and stevia, as an FYI for anyone who wants/needs a different option. They have a few baked treats and a few seasonal coffee flavors and add-in flavors and beyond that, the drink menu is simplistic. My latte was the creamiest, foamiest latte in all the land. The coffee itself was a touch more bitter than we like but we were able to doctor it up nicely with stevia. Cute spot with a lovely view of the surrounding, scenic neighborhood.

Beyond its beautiful aesthetics, the milky layer provided a rich and nutty sweetness that complemented the dark and earthy tones of the espresso. The cold brew was quite the adventure, taking in every layer, one at a time. What started out as subtle sweetness quickly turned into a cacao aroma and ended at citrus tartness. Small but mighty brick and mortar shop in a quaint neighborhood across from a church and lined with other local businesses. Bar stools, lounge chair, work bench, they've got it all. Certainly a hidden gem in residential Knoxville. So glad we stopped by!

Everything looked very clean, including the bathrooms, and the staff was friendly with good recommendations. I ordered the hot honey bagel $2.50 with scallion cream cheese $2.60 (3.25oz cup) and a honey lavender latte $8.00 with almond milk. The bagel was a little dry for my taste (being a New Yorker I'm used to NYC-style bagels), but the cream cheese was smooth/flavorful, perfectly creamy with the right chive ratio. The lavender latte was excellent--fragrant and really well balanced. Be ready to spend a bit. My BAGEL/cream cheese and latte came out to almost $15. Still a nice spot and I'd come back for the latte and the vibe.

Looked at their menu online and they served matcha -- let's go! The inside is deceiving from the outside. It seems like a small little coffee shop, but once inside it's HUGE. Lots of seating, including hanging chairs. Will have to check those out next time. I saw a specialty drink on the menu with espresso and rosemary simple syrup. You do NOT want to see me on coffee/espresso!! I figured I'd just add the rosemary simple syrup to my matcha. The server told me it was a "weird rule" that they're not allowed to add their "specialty drinks" syrups to any other drinks. I was disappointed, but I'll live. Maybe someday this "rule" can go away? I'll cross my fingers. Got my matcha with almond milk, it was very good. My husband got his dark coffee. It was a good Sunday.

If I'd had more time, I would have loved hanging out here for a while. I only managed to get here about 45 minutes to close, so their selection was understandably if somewhat disappointingly quite picked over. I wound up with a cranberry oat scone and a blueberry and raspberry hand tart. The employee was very pleasant and warm. I appreciated her eagerness to help and positive attitude despite my late arrival. The baked goods sadly didn't really live up to my expectations. The cranberry oat scone was the much better of the two; it was pleasantly sweet and had the proper scone texture and only a little dry. Unfortunately, the hand tart had several edges that I discovered later had been burnt. This impacted the flavor of the whole item and sadly diminished it greatly. The fruit filling was tasty at least, though I didn't get much raspberry from it -- mostly blueberry. I'd be down to try again in the future, just would come earlier in the day when the selection is a bit larger and the products available are a bit more "choice," let's say. I appreciated the kind service and lovely vibes!
