Both of our dogs are rescues. Cali has pretty bad separation anxiety, and Willow is a obsessive chewer, so it's just not a good idea to leave them home alone, and we refuse to board our dogs or use doggy daycares, as they feel safer and more comfortable in their own home, so pet sitters are the best option for us. Kristy was kind, definitely a dog lover, and hung out with them for a few hours, and both of our dogs were happy as could be when we got home. It looked like they were all watching a movie together when we arrived. :) Very relaxed and in good spirits. We were pleased with the service, and so were our dogs!

Julie (Director) lost my confidence this year. She doesn't seem to be in touch anymore. She seems…read moreangry when she refuses to assign me my requested sitter, and as a boss talks bad about the sitters I love. Her favorites aren't mine. I've told her this but i keep getting her favorites. I don't want them in my house anymore. I have learned not to patronize such places once this starts to happen. Julie will also double book and even triple book, and i heard she tells sitters to put priority on dogs and do cats after. Sometimes my 9:00 cat appointment gets pushed to 10:15 because of her scheduling problems. I'm going with the many, many local sitters who do even better jobs and they are invested in our neighborhood cats. Julie being "bonded" means nothing but she says that's her strength. Ok.

I was especially anxious as I have 5 dogs, two of the dogs have cancer, and one very elderly dog. My old dog Spike got very sick and Pixie immediately got in touch with me and took him to the vet. When he got worse the next day she immediately took him to the ER vet. Spike had to be put to sleep as he was failing...Pixie went back to the vet and held him while he passed away. They are loved, play with many other pups and play all day in a big backyard. The girls come home exhausted and happy. We have had to travel a bunch this year and Inhsce not felt guilty leaving them knowing they are so well cared for. We will use Anne and Dave happily as long as they are available.
