He promises three easy guidelines for a guaranteed loan, then when you give him your trust and business he comes back and says you are denied and has no reason why. In fact he purposely leaves out of his brochure and letter the most basic of information: income requirements. You end up submitting all your info only to find out your short on monthly requirements.
