My husband and I had the pleasure of of purchasing a 2008 Mercedes C-class convertible from Carster a few weeks ago. The owner, Nick was a dream to deal with, as was Juan our sales representative. There was no pressure whatsoever, and they bent over backwards to get us the best financing deal they could. The car itself was IMMACULATE! We felt confident in the pre-sale inspection that was performed when they received it. We were also impressed that they offered a 3-day return policy to give us time to have it checked out independently. Note: there is a small fee to take advantage of this option, which is only fair. Otherwise, you'd be getting a free rental! We were also impressed with our price negotiation. The vehicle was initially priced $2,000 lower when it was first advertised, but had been raised by the time we arrived for a test drive. We understood this to be because they had received so much interest in the car. We were there on a Friday and there is no doubt in my mind it would have been gone by the weekend. When we asked about the price difference, Nick and Juan were happy to honor the initial advertised price we had seen. They didn't have to do that.
