As someone that has owned 46 different vehicles in my lifetime, I am what most people call "a car guy". I know a lot about cars and their offerings. After losing my MBZ CLK 55 AMG convertible to an accident (not my fault) I was looking to replace it with something comparable. I saw an ad on line for Orange County Auto Wholesale and found something I really liked. The pictures and description was remarkable and I was able to get a copy of the CarFax report. I called Tim and asked about it. He gave me detailed information and answered all my questions with perfect knowledge and understanding of my wants/needs. After about 45 minutes of conversation and some emails, I purchased the car, sight unseen (except for pics). I got a very fair price compared to many others I had looked at for a very long time. Everything was done on line and, Tim even had a connection to have the car delivered to my home (about 1.5 hours away). The vehicle arrived and I was even more impressed with it in person. One of the best used car buying experiences I have ever had. Tim was very helpful vetting some questions/concerns I had down to under the car details he shared (he checked the front lower bumper and underneath to describe the overall condition). I have switched to buying new cars just so I don't have to deal with the typical used car dealers, however, for this, we were looking for a car for our 16 year old daughter and thought a small rear wheel drive Mercedes C250 would be ideal. Tim was very accomodating in working with our financials and taking care of all the necessary paperwork prior to our arrival. He allowed our daughter and myself to take the car for a test drive. I am a women in my early 30s, and I have always leased my cars until now. I really wanted to purchase a perfect car for my first owned car. I found Tim through some of my friends and family members who have used Tim previously. I have to say, I was a little unsure about how this whole process works since this was my first time. The moment I met Tim, I immediately could tell several things - his expertise in cars, selling, dealing, and ultimately how easy the entire transaction would be. As a women, we tend to deal with other 'dealers' that are really pushy or omit information and make things difficult for us. Tim is literally the exact opposite of that. I told him I wanted to sell my current lease car to him, and then I wanted to purchase this beautiful Mercedes he had in his inventory.
