Purchased a 2017 Alfa Romeo from Stacy at the dealership. Purchase was going to be remote so I explicitly asked about the sunroof function as it is a known issue on these cars. Was told everything checked out and that he had driven the car personally without any issues noted. Vehicle was purchased and shipped to my home which is 10 hours away. Immediately, after unloading the vehicle, the first sound I heard upon driving was a wooshing sound from air coming through the broken sunroof! Dealer, of course denies any wrongdoing or liability. I've had a leased vehicle a few years back, before going with LG AutoGroup. Let me tell you, the process of getting my new ride at that time, took a lot of man hours. When I got to the dealership, they seemed to remember me because they were able to pull up my info in the computer system. No smiles really, or even the routine "Hey, how have YOU been? Like as if I'm expected to give them the repeat business just like that, without having to earn it. The moral of the story is... you can do anything yourself, you can choose any direction to go, and decide for yourself what is best for you and yours. after dealing with Jeff ill never buy another car without him. I went through a long struggle of trying to find the exact car I wanted. I didn't know what I wanted but I knew i wanted something special to me. After going through a couple dealers and even a couple brokers I realized that Jeff was the one to do business with. I was doing a lot of soul searching trying to find what I truly wanted. Being very indevisive made a lot of dealership sales reps and brokers stop contact with me because they thought I wasn't serious, I just didn't know what I wanted at the time. I finally knew i wanted a BMW M4 in a specific colorway with not only specific packages but i wanted it in a manual transmission. They say only 10% of these cars are manual so its like finding a needle in a haystack. So while other sales reps tried selling me something different than what i truly wanted just to make a sale, Jeff did the complete opposite. He knew i wasnt going to settle for less than what i wanted and neither was he.
