Unfortunately, clean floors don't make up for poor customer service and equipment that constantly breaks down. A big kids track with basketball like area with soft balls is right next to play area and had some areas for adults to sit. Adults can chill upstairs in the lounge area too. Play area is gated. Afterwards the kids line up n wash hands n everyone is led upstairs to the party room. The party room is like jungle safari theme decorated painted on the walls.
