The corporate complaint phone number will not let you speak to a person unless you have a shipping issue. They don't care about Office complaints.

I have had strange instances over the past couple of years where an employee could have found me the same desk that I wanted at another Lubbock location, but instead chose to order it. After ordering it the main company promised it by the end of the week and then I get notified that the desk would take up to three weeks to arrive. Fortunately, after calling the local manager he apologized and got a replacement at the Slide Rd. location set up for me. Another instance of problems was very unusual. The cashier printed my receipt as I requested but instead of handing it to me, he just tears it in half and throws it away. I asked why did he do that, I have a business and need it for taxes. He looked confused and said he didn't know what to do. I asked him to give me the two halves and I'd tape it back together. Today I purchased printer ink and air freshener and instead of the cashier telling me that I had unused rewards, she just rang it up and now I received an e-mail notification that they are about to expire in a couple of weeks. I could have used them today and saved some money. This location is just weird and frustrating. Don't go there for office supplies, especially if you run a business. I think I've hit the end of my patience with these folks.

I arrived back 2 1/2 hours later and the employee indicated he was too busy and had not started my job. I went back later that evening a little before closing and it was still not ready. This store is VERY understaffed, the staff that does work there is almost zombie like, they do not greet you when you arrive, keep their heads down until you are the next customer and Management should require employees to wash their hair. Two of the men working there (on up front at cash register & one in print shop) had greasy hair that was obviously dirty. The young man in the print shop also smelled badly.

The employee informed me that I would need the box that the tent came in because the shipping label was adhesive. I told her I did not have the box (then texted my spouse, and he informed me that it came wrapped in a plastic bag.) Then employee said, "I'm sorry but you will have to have a box to send this back to Amazon." I informed her that Amazon specifically stated it was a drop off, no label or anything needed. She told me that I could purchase a box from UPS. I know from past experience when I purchased a 12" x 10" box it was up near $15. I refuse to pay over $20+ etc to make a FREE return. Especially since the item didn't have a box to start with. I asked to speak to a manager. The manager was a professional business woman. She stated that it would be a very easy fix and she reached under the counter to pull out a label holder that attached to the strings on the tent casing. The fix was very simple, took less than a minute, and I was on my way. I believe the manager was customer oriented. I will return when I need other services.

I approved the proofs the day I got them. They state all over the place that production starts as soon as proofs are approved, and if they don't get a response production starts 72 hours after proofs are sent. I waited almost an entire week, and my order status still just said "proofs pending." I sent a message asking about it, the response I got told me repeatedly that if I needed them by a certain deadline, I had to tell them. I thanked them and said I was just a bit confused by the status on the site. It wasn't until a while after their response my order status was updated and I eventually got my stickers. Apparently, after that exchange, I missed an email from them "apologizing" for the order status not updating "as soon as you typed your approval." I was never rude, nor pushy? I waited well past the seemingly strict deadlines set by the seller. I wouldn't have remotely minded waiting if they didn't have these apparent deadlines and time frames noted at almost every stage of the order, but the fact that my order was able to be finished and shipped almost immediately after I said something gives me the sense that if I hadn't, it may not have gotten done at all. I wish I saw these other reviews before I ordered. The stickers seem to be good quality, at least. I used an image I'd gotten printed from another service in the past- these stickers seem very slightly lower resolution, but they held up in the dishwasher and you have to REALLY look close to notice the slight fuzziness. One set of stickers also seems a bit smaller than it was meant to be, but not to the point it bothers me.
