Twice now I've gone inside for Amazon returns, and they try to upsell me on purchasing an additional box or bag on a return that is already packaged by me. Or they try to sneak in some other nonexistent fee on a free return. Presumably trying to catch someone off guard and make a few extra dollars. They use the terms "unsafe", "necessary", etc. to put unnecessary pressure on you to impulse buy. I find it extremely dishonest, and will go elsewhere for shipping needs. Not like there aren't half a dozen other locations within a mile. EDIT: If you are able to ship it regardless without issue, please feel free to remind your employees that that is an option. Thanks!
