Seems to be staffed entirely by the same borderline fraudulent family now, for the worse. Twice now I've gone inside for Amazon returns, and they try to upsell me on purchasing an additional box or bag on a return that is already packaged by me. Or they try to sneak in some other nonexistent fee on a free return. Presumably trying to catch someone off guard and make a few extra dollars. They use the terms "unsafe", "necessary", etc. to put unnecessary pressure on you to impulse buy. I find it extremely dishonest, and will go elsewhere for shipping needs.
