I walked in to a warm and friendly greeting from Safa at the front desk and was immediately offered water and a safe place to put my belongings. She checked me in and proceeded to introduce me to my flexologist Nathalia. I've had some up and down experiences with places like these and it was really refreshing that she eased me into the stretches because I was really tight and by the end of the session i felt not only relaxed but was able to dive a lot deeper into my stretches. I am loving the Stretch Lab in Redlands!! Nathalia is awesome. I've had a stubborn sciatic for the past 3 years and have tried PT, Massage Therapy, exercise and every contraption I can buy online to help release the tension and Nathalia has been able to pin point the areas that are stubborn and target my stretch's to release it and it's working. In the few weeks I've been going I've made significant progress, my mobility and flexibility are improving. My feet aren't falling asleep at night and I'm not getting random charlie horses in the middle of the night I highly recommend the Stretch Lab and Nathalia if you can book with her. I have been a regular for a couple years now and continue to go once a week. Staff is very friendly and the stretchers really know what to do and what your goals are. Worked with several there and they all have various techniques that really do help. I try to stay physically active and I feel much better with my movement and I do not have the regular problems of sciatica and brucites that I have had for most of my life. Had a 50-minute Stretch with Flexologist Danica. First time going to anything like this. It was A-MAZING. Danica put me instantly at ease and made sure I was comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire session. She explains everything as she goes and gets me into deep stretches only possible with help.
