Have to say: I want to move back just to be a regular here. Coaches are great--push you while still making sure you're comfortable and won't get hurt-- and you can tell they would murder each workout they ask you to do (have witnessed this). Most of the people in the classes I attended were clearly in great crossfit shape, which is inspirational/motivational and made me push myself even more during workouts. Crowd is mostly mid-20s/30s, but you still see some of all ages. Also very random but I've had this problem with other boxes: somehow the temperature in there is always perfect. Not too hot or cold. My FAVORITE part, though, is how much the coaches squeeze into the one hour: it's non-stop beast mode. Seriously, the warm up itself is a mini workout (even for people in shape) and the workouts average around 20 mins. Every time I leave I feel like I just walked out of a sauna aka drenched in sweat. Moral of the story..if you're moving to the area or even kind of visiting, you need to come here.

It is very bright inside - a little too much as depending what movement you're doing it shines in your face hard. I trained with Eli while I was town in between places and employment. He was prompt to get back to me and easy to work with. I've trained with numerous trainers over the past few years and have a lot of friends well versed in the fitness industry and really had no issues. Our goals aligned, easy to communicate with, patient. He had a set structured plan helping me with hypertrophy during my brief stent there. The gym is clean (I've personally watched Jorge clean it), bathrooms are spotless, equipment is new and in great shape. As a trainer Jorge is a great listener and tailors workouts to your goals and limits. He has questionable taste in music some days (hahahaha just kidding Jorge), but will always make your training session fun and upbeat. The gym is family run (Hi Kim & Sandra) and they all just bring happy, positive vibes to the facility, front office and to your workouts. I definitely recommend the Saturday 9am bootcamp class, it's a great group and a fun, motivating, energizing way to start the weekend. You would be hard pressed to find a more inspiring class. Inversions Again, super sweet instructor with an overwhelming welcoming environment. This gym seems to attract genuine people with a supportive culture. The instruction was amazing and pushed my inversions to a new level to where I can now do headstands! This is a section of yoga I have found is rarely explored and practiced, so I really appreciate the focus on inversions.
