Unfortunately the cost after the 5 weeks was way out of my budget so I stopped after it was over. I just re-started again with another living social deal and this time I have 13 weeks of Kaia Fit to look forward to. The owner Patti is a gem and makes you feel right at home. I hope that these next 13 weeks will teach me more than I know now about being healthy and working out and it will continue to help my body stay as fit and sexy as ever! Chose the 5am class because it is the only one that will fit in my schedule. I did the 7pm class before but its not offered this time. Other options are 6am, 7am and 6pm. Have to say: I want to move back just to be a regular here. Coaches are great--push you while still making sure you're comfortable and won't get hurt-- and you can tell they would murder each workout they ask you to do (have witnessed this). Most of the people in the classes I attended were clearly in great crossfit shape, which is inspirational/motivational and made me push myself even more during workouts. Crowd is mostly mid-20s/30s, but you still see some of all ages. Also very random but I've had this problem with other boxes: somehow the temperature in there is always perfect. Not too hot or cold. My FAVORITE part, though, is how much the coaches squeeze into the one hour: it's non-stop beast mode. Seriously, the warm up itself is a mini workout (even for people in shape) and the workouts average around 20 mins. Every time I leave I feel like I just walked out of a sauna aka drenched in sweat. Moral of the story..if you're moving to the area or even kind of visiting, you need to come here.
