After 24h increased the rate on my monthly membership I spoke with Ratib and Chuk about switching over to the $500 for two years Platinum membership, and they were able to cancel my old plan and switch me over very quickly- effectively cutting my gym membership payment in half! :) They were so polite, efficient and helpful. I highly recommend this location. My only complaint is that the outer thigh machine has been broken for weeks, and since that's one of the most popular pieces of equipment and the only one, it's pretty disappointing that they can't repair equipment faster.

He motivates me to push past my own preconceived limits & helps me see what I'm really capable of, without ever being the "break you down" type of coach. Instead, he builds you up, with a mix of encouragement, knowledge, and genuine belief in your potential. Can't forget the comedic storytelling Scotty leads by example with his own peak physique, but what's even more impressive is the community he's built around him. His team makes the gym feel like family -- I've never felt so supported or confident in my fitness journey. He was prompt to get back to me and easy to work with. I've trained with numerous trainers over the past few years and have a lot of friends well versed in the fitness industry and really had no issues. Our goals aligned, easy to communicate with, patient. He had a set structured plan helping me with hypertrophy during my brief stent there. I've been coming to the YMCA consistently since my son was about six months old, he's four now! I…read morefirst joined because my friends told me about the two hours of free childcare included with membership, and as a new mom, that sounded amazing. At the time, our income was low, but the Y offered scholarships, which made it possible for us to join. We received a 50% scholarship, and it truly was a blessing. It gave me time to work out, take classes, and just have a little "me time" while my baby was safe and cared for. Now that my son is in preschool, I have the flexibility to come at any time, and I love that freedom. The childcare hours used to be limited to mornings (around 8 to 12) and a bit in the afternoon (around 3:30), but now I just come whenever I can. I usually do my own workouts since the group class times don't always fit my schedule, but there's such a great variety, swimming, tap, pilates, fusion, and so much more. Another thing I love is the sense of community. I often see friends from church here, and it feels like an extension of that family atmosphere. The staff is generally friendly, though a few could be a bit more personable, but overall, they're helpful and kind. For the value, variety, and community, the YMCA has been such a big part of my life these past few years. I'm so grateful for it, and I can honestly say, I love the Y!

I've been going to classes 2-7 times a week since the end of January (depending on my schedule and…read moremy laziness level) there's a lot of options for before work (530am classes). There's no "gym bros" at all. I always feel comfortable and safe. Everyone is sooooo supportive which is what I need. The coaches are knowledgeable and kind, which I appreciate. Parking is easy, the gym is clean, and I enjoy it which is surprising since I'm not a very "athletic" person. There's a nice mix of classes, I especially love the cycle class Thursdays. The app they have is so easy to use too, you sign up for classes on the app. And if you want to, you can connect your MyZone to see your MEPs (heart rate) and it's all connected to the classes you take so you can track which is a plus.
