Called Sam The Concrete Man to get a bid for a concrete deck around my pool. All went well with the…read morecall and got on the calendar to get someone to come out and give me a bid. The problems stayed with Joel. Joel ran late for the appointment and did not reach out to let us know that he was running late. Then I had to reach out to get the bid. They stated it had been sent but my answer is no it was not sent and yes I checked my junk mail. Once I received the bid it was almost double what everyone else bid was. Sorry, but I had to pass on Sam The Concrete Man this time. FYI, this is a franchise so your experience might be better than mine was as they have different sales people.
