Anthony was professional, communicative and collaborative to work toward meeting our needs. As expected, it took a couple weeks to get into a groove because each studio had its own specific needs. We had a point person to communicate directly with Anthony and the crew sent out so that we could work out all the kinks and details. I recommend putting a clear cut list together of what the expectations are so nothing is missed, especially if it's a bigger, unique job. The owner texted me saying the police had stopped them and wouldn't let them leave. The excuse felt suspicious, so I had a friend text them from a different number, inquiring about cleaning services. They responded promptly, saying they were heading to clean a house in Pearland and could come by later that evening--completely contradicting what they told me. When I confronted the owner, there was no apology. Instead, he told me the price would increase and refused to come unless I agreed. I told him that was unprofessional and that I'd be leaving a review so others know what to expect. Only then did he start calling and texting multiple apologies and saying they'd honor the original price--but by then, my decision was made. Bottom line: If you book with them, don't expect your time to be respected. If they cancel, the excuse may not be the truth.

Our roof includes a very troublesome flat section, which we had replaced twice over the years with other installers (unsuccessfully!). It had been a constant source of leaks! Although the initial roof done by PFA had an issue with the installation, Joey acknowledged the error and completely replaced it for free. Over the years, he has come out to provide minor services to the roof and perform any needed seals. They have been professional, easy to work with, and honor their warranty. I am so glad we went with PFA for our roof - instead of companies like the two who disappeared when issues came up.

We called Joe at JRD and he quoted us $4800 for a new Carrier brand HVAC unit installed. We were a little skeptical about how low the price was, but he put us at ease by explaining that he had purchased a large number of units from the manufacturer and he was able to get a good price from buying in a large quantity. We decided to hire him, and his 4-man crew showed up promptly the next morning and got to work outside. By the time I arrived home in the afternoon, they were ready to go into the attic and finish the install. Our new unit is working perfectly and the price was exactly as Joe had originally quoted, no hidden fees or bait and switch tactics. I would highly recommend Joe and JRD Residential!!!
