Teddy told me that the other estimates included repairs that were not needed and would not help stop the leak. Teddy actually got up on the roof to write his estimate; the other roofers did it from the ground. A few days after Teddy finished the repairs we had a heavy rain and Teddy called me to check on the leak. There was still a small amount of water coming in. Teddy drove to the house while it was still raining and found the exact spot of the leak in the attic. The next day he came back and fixed it.
