They were able to get the job started earlier than originally scheduled which was nice since we did not have a functioning heater. They also loaned us some small electric heaters in the interim which was very helpful. His crew was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable (one with 10yrs, the other with 25yrs of experience, all with Denning SM). The job took 2.5 days including setting up a wi-fi thermostat. Curtis followed up the next day to set-up the wi-fi and verify that we were satisfied with the work. The Lennox system works great, it's very quiet and efficient and the wi-fi thermostat allows us to control the HVAC from our cell phones which is very cool. I was left to finish/fix the remaining issues to the tune of $3700+. He forgave $900 of his bill. What a generous guy. Never again.

We prepaid for a year of storage but then for 4 months straight they continued to charge me every month and I would have to call up and ask for a credit again and for them to reverse the charge. All of these errors and issues done while they continue to state they don't make mistakes. I would love for another mover and storage company in the area.

The two movers, Jacob and Dylan, called me the day of the move, and offered to arrive earlier than the appointment, if it was convenient (which it was). They arrived ready to work and were exceptionally polite, skilled, and professional. They treated my things with extreme care, and took pains to ensure that my home was not damaged or marred with the move. They also respected that we would be charged an hourly rate, so they wasted NO time in getting the job done safely and efficiently. I cannot say enough of my experience with this moving firm.
