He cleaned out the coils behind the refrigerator and went to the store to get a replacement part for the fan. He only installed a portion of the part purchased since he said the entire piece wasn't the issue, only the fan. He then said he ordered a part on back-order for the water filter and freezer issue. He came back a while later to fix the water filter but realized the kit he'd purchased was missing a part and said he would be back with it and would keep us updated on the back ordered part. It's now SEVEN months later and we've not heard back. My husband has tried to call many times and has not gotten any answers. We feel that we were robbed of our $666.40- our fridge is still not completely fixed nor is our water filter/dispenser working.
